Perfectly located in a great expat area with me. Many local and international dining options! Also a very nice double terrorist restaurant in the hotel!

Walking distance to beach. Lots of dining, spa, transport options in the immediate vicinity.
Great breakfast and excellent cafe on ground floor, with street views. Recommend the excellent salads available.
Staff were superb. Our original room had a very noisy bathroom door, but the staff moved us to another room without issue.
I highly recommend Eco Green Boutique for your Da Nang stay.

Not much to tell about this hotel.
It's overpriced for what you get.
-Bed was ok
-Wifi was ok...I got the dreaded spinning circle a few too many times
- Water pressure was ok
- Water in the shower never really got hot so, if you love hot showers, this is not the place to book
- Breakfast is a la carte and has limited options
- I can't comment on the pool area as I never went there during my stay.
- Lots of road noise as it's on a busy street. The "Bao" guy can be heard day & night

great place to stay very clean, central to everything, great breakfast featuring asian an european options, the staff are awesome and super polite and accommadating, highly recommend this spot to anyone heading to da nang or passing through.

Nice hotel, great location. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. I was given a room on the 5th floor even with party central around me, it was quiet in the room.

For people with a mobility disability I would not recommend the hotel if you want to be able to use the pool. Elevator stops one floor below pool and you have to walk up stairs. They will provide a seat for the shower though.

The owners are friendly and staff try to make it a pleasant experience. 4.5 stars out of 5.

Great location. Wonderful & very helpful staff especially the Front Desk staff: Giao & Anh. Dining Room staff were also attentive & helpful. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Da Nang.

Friendly helpful staff and cosy wood finished rooms with a nice sea view. Good location very close to beach and main area. Restaurant is also very good. Happily stay again. The only neg is some outside street noise can be heard from time to time but thats probably the same for others.

This a comfortable hotel with a nice indoor pool on the top floor and excellent coffee shop and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room on the 4th floor and we were very happy with the size and amenities. The neighborhood is very walkable and convenient.

Great hotel located close to the beach. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was basic but still very nice.
You can book trips with guides or other options from the hotel. it has an indoor pool on the top floor with good views from the balcony Would definitely recommend!

This property seems to attract an older crowd, but it could be too quiet for many. At first I thought I was the only guest. Breakfast is good but portions are small, so you will want to order several items. Location is very handy to both beach and shopping (a small market adjacent). Overall a good choice but not exactly overwhelming.

It is a good new hotel in a lively part of town, near the beach.
