Nice stay just shower issues

Wonderful Place to stay in reasonable price. I extended my stay from 1N to 5N.
Pros:

Courteous and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with all essential amenities. Good breakfast served with smile. Location is near to beach. 10 minutes walk. Safe place and lively neighbourhood. Taxi/Cab easily accessible.

Cons:

Breakfast menu could have more options. Swimming pool timings could be increased to 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Lively bollywood/instrumental music throughout the day could enhance the vibe.

Came after a long day of travel and was sick too, could have avoided the hassle of room change!
Pros:

Room given to me was smelling like an empty house, floor was dirty, bathroom was dirty and phone was not working. Asked for a room change which was done promptly and this room was better than the previous one.

Cons:

the chat system kept asking again and again the property name, city and room no. and kept refreshing while i was typing.
