Foi uma diária excelente, o quarto é igual as fotos tem estrutura de cozinha,o proprietário muito educado, nos atendeu super bem,e seus ajudantes também super educados,excelente atendimento, recomendo!

the reseption was open from 8:00 to 10:00 just tow ours.
that was very dertiy. and we take the key from supermarket across the rod.

The hair dryer in the bathroom is dirty and sticky

I would like to thank Mr. Metin, the owner of the hotel, who greeted me in a friendly and warm manner when I arrived at the hotel. The flat is very clean and tidy and the bathroom and kitchen are quite new and immaculate. It is very close to the center and taksim square, 3 minutes away by walking. There are markets and restaurants around.
We will come again next mounth.

When we have arrived there we have not given our room that we have booked 2 months ago. That room was already given to some other people. He has given us another room with attic. You cannot take your luggage with stairs. There is no lift inside. It was very difficult for me to bring our luggage there.

When we entered the room, we could not take breath inside. No fresh air. Upper room was too much hot. You even cannot sleep there. When i went to toilet. It was dirty. You can even see poop marks inside the toilet. There was fungus on the walls. It was difficult to breath. Gutter of the shower cabin was also blocked. I requested service provider to clean the toilet or give us another room. He got angry and said i cannot help you in this matter. You can clean the toilet by your own.

Anyways i cleaned the dirty toilet by my slef and then we slept. Early morning i saw a lots of marks on my body which were happened due to insects or bed bugs. I complained to service provider again but he ignored it and did not spray the room. Again i did it by my self.

There were lots of problem in their hotel rooms. Microwave was not working. You cannot take shower due to blockage of severage. Toilet refill take too much time. There were no cleaning service in room. We stayed there 7 days. They did not change bed sheets even for one day. Service provider was very rude and un professional.

I have visited my counteries and stayed in different Hotels. But this was a worst experience of our life and full waste of money.

It was terrible, it doesn’t look like the photos posted on Expedia and when we called them to tell them this is not was we booked they didn’t return our calls so we checked out and had to book another hotel although it was not refundable

I couldn’t stay at this place because it’s so bad I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. I have called and complained and demanded my money back and I was promised to have my money back but didn’t get it?

Wij zijn na 3 dagen weggegaan na een andere hotel op eigen kosten. Het was een vreselijke ervaring. Raad niemand aan om te boeken bij green bird. Begrijp ook niet waarom expedia met dit hotel samen werkt

Konaklamak için otele gittik ve bir oda temini yapılamadı boş oda olmadığı söylendi başka bi otele gönderdiler gittiğimiz otel hiç temiz değildi bi daha asla böyle bi hata yapmam !

la casa non è male, carina e spaziosa e in una buona posizione. purtroppo il bagno ì da rifare, scarico wc non funzionante, lavandino che si intasava continuamente rendendolo inutilizzabile. da migliorare la pulizia

Greenbird Suit hotel is not far from Taksim Square and the metro station there (5-10 minute walk) but it is not an easy walk. The apartment we stayed in (the largest) is fairly spacious but not ideal for small children. There are stairs that are very steep both to get into the apartment and inside the room.
The manager is very friendly and for that reason I would recommend the place.
The WiFi was not great but it is free.
The easier works, but instructions are only in Turkish, so go with a translator to know the settings.
Shower has a low ceiling but spacious and good pressure and warm water
No dryer is a negative
It has been smoked in, so the scent of cigarette smoke still lingers a little bit.
No elevator and the stairs are steep
I would not go back there with my small children. It ends up being a lot of work for the parents, even if you pack light, which we do.

The price was low indeed, but the conditions were terrible. it was a heavy musty smell in the bathroom and bedroom, while the living room smelled of tabacco, the bathroom was full of mould, the cover of the sofa was dirty. The bathroom looked very shabby.

nous n'avons pas été satisfait du cadre et la qualité des appareil le slip ne marchais pas et la télé non plus durant tous notre séjour nos enfants n'ont pas pu regarder un seul programme télévisé
