O atendimento impecável dos funcionários. Todos!

Cons:

O sinal da TV estava caindo. Poucos canais. A imagem estava estranha (a pele das pessoas estava laranja). A iluminação do quarto é insuficiente; estávamos sempre à meia-luz! A tampa do vaso sanitário estava solta. Não havia toalhas de rosto disponíveis. Somente um sabonete disponível. AO sinal da internet estava caindo continuamente!

Gostei de tudo, principalmente do atendimento, desde a recepção, café da manhã e serviço de quarto. Gostaria em especial de dar os parabéns ao atendimento dos funcionários de recepção Julia e Thiago que trabalham à noite. Maravilhosos.
