Great staff great location.
I liked everything but it could be a touch more quiet. Having said that it a great place to stay with everything more expensive hotels have but they have kept costs below average and kept superior quantity. Staff is truly one of a kind, menu and food was incredible and large menu options. Pool is unbelievable rooftop infinity pool with restaurant and bar beside the pool.

We stayed as family in this hotel from 29 Dec 2025 to 1 Jan 2026 to celebrate new year, but we had terrible experience with hotel Mecire Bandung City Centre :
1. Room : We should move room from 823 to 1023
Problem : Room AC is broken and can not sleep and we paid high rate because high season for the room
Solution : We moved room by re-arrange our luggages
2. Breakfast : Staff not manage well for Customers due to unconsistency service from staff for charging additional cost
Solution : We paid for last breakfast from total 3 nights stay after we did direct hard complain to the Manager in charge

Even we stayed not as 1st time at this hotel, but having bad experience at this time made us so dissapointed for what the staff did to my family which we always stay at Accor hotels in Indonesia : Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis & All Seasons.
I hope by writing this complaint to Accor Group can have a fast feedback from anyone who in charge and urgently need to do evaluation for the hotel perfomance to remind them for service still be prioritize to focus with the Customers especially to the loyal Accor member like us to keep stay at Accor hotel.

Room size is good! We booked superior room, managed to put extra bed with ample of room. Location is very good, very near to great eateries
The room’s cleanliness can be improved. Parking situation is also very tight
I stayed at Mercure City Center for two nights in December 2025.
The hotel is situated near Alun Alun Bandung.
Being a 4 star hotel and comparing to other Mercure hotels I have visited, Mercure City Center have some fundamentals gap to 4 star hotel standard.
Hotel lobby and other public area seems to be very cluttered. Parking space is limited with not enough room for vehicles to manuever in the lobby drop off area.
Room size and interior quality is inferior even compared to many 3 star hotels in Bandung I've visited. Hot water is not stable.
The worst thing is that most of the staff seems to be clueless about their job. The receptionists, security, concierge. All the confusions on checking in, online food delivery, parking.
The positive side of the hotel is room cleanliness, breakfast buffet selection which offers a wide variety of local food, and the rooftop bar and pool view, impressive view both at night and morning.
I hope the hotel management can work on some improvement plan.
