Pros:

Menu of breakfast is really good👍.On my last night stay I ordered a set of Churrous.It was nice.

Cons:

Bed is not comfy,give me dizziness because of smelly from the pillow and bed.Bedding need to change a new one it turned to dark then white.Toilet brick wall need to clean and sink was blocked along our stay.The staff knew that when they did the cleaning everyday.The iron board and iron was very old need to change to steam iron.It took time to iron my clothes and still my clothes look crumpy .

A pleasant escape in the Mercure
Pros:

Friendly, courteous & helpful staff. The best in my opinion. Me & my wife feel so much at home with all the staff. From the receptions when we first check in to the bell boy, maintenance, kitchen, restaurant & facilities. Always smiling without hesitation. Love them and thank you so much for treating us like kings.

Cons:

Location wise. It was located quite a distance if we want to stroll around looking for grocery shops and reasonable modern cafe. The traffic outside the hotel is consistently busy and noisy.
The interior somehow rather is quite dated & i think need redecorating to render it modern & trendy..

Location and the staff are very nice, attentive and professional

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations. Upon check-in, we found that the bed duvet and sheets were dirty and had visible stains. We contacted housekeeping, and they responded promptly and replaced the bedding, which we appreciated. However, we noticed that the replacement duvet also had stains.

Additionally, we found cockroaches in the bathroom, which was very disappointing and raised further concerns about the hotel’s housekeeping standards. While the staff were responsive and courteous, the overall level of cleanliness fell well below our expectations and needs significant improvement.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Bandung city center. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

A special shoutout to all FO and HK team (Vina,Dio,Maul,Irfan) what made my stay truly special. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel at home throughout my stay.

Thank you to the entire hotel team for making my experience so enjoyable. I truly appreciate your hard work and dedication. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. LOVEEEEEE ITTTTT !!!!

We loved the staff. They were very friendly, especially the man in charge of the pool. He gave us so many tips of what to see and do and was really helpful. The room was lovely and the pool was such a nice way to view the city.
