The location ia convenient, but the property is aged and somehow wasted. The room does not have fridge. We arrived early and the personnel told us the room was not ready at that time (which ia reasonable). However, we arrived three hours later at the check-in time and the room still was not ready.

I stayed at this hotel on my last day on the country and honestly was the best experience. Restaurant was around the corner and everything was close. The place clean and if you looking for a place with a bar closer to you then this hotel would be the best option.

The bed was dirty with a smell of sweat and. I asked to change the pillowcases but I didn’t get much help. So I asked for towels to cover the bed to sleep.and it was late at night to look for another hotel I don’t recommended this place.

THE INCLUDE BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE, I HAD A BREAKSFAST MEETING WORK AND I PAY $8 FOR SOMETHING HORRIBLE... IT WAS A SHAME TO HAVE TO SHARE THAT BREAKSFAST WITH A SUPPLIER.

Our stay at Laurentia was everything we needed and more. The location was great because it was walkable, there were plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, places to eat and places to shop nearby. The National Hospital is also a 20 minute walk and super easy to get to (we were visiting family). The room itself was beautiful, a little on the small side and it had what we needed. Our room did not have a hair-dryer or clothing iron but we were able to get it from our concierge without an issue. The breakfast was delicious - the presentation and taste were on point. A special shoutout to our concierge and do it all man, Alejandro. He went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and was super knowledgeable about the area. He was also super helpful whenever we reached out for help and he was always ready with a kind word when we saw him on the grounds - he is a star and Laurentia is lucky to have him.

Staff was friendly and nice. They provide great service. The property was clean but old. However It was good for the price. But the area around where the hotel is located is not walkable. You need a car to get there.

Fue muy bonito aunque solo fue por una noche , la limpieza, lo amigable, solo ay que cambiar los colchones que no son confortables ni las almohadas y también hay unos animalitos que n el baño que no son agradables. De ahí todo muy bonito
