Péssima, nunca mais pretendo ficar neste hotel. `Poderia ser 2 ou 1 estrela na minha opniao.

Acomodação pessima, enxoval (edredon velho e nada confortavel), travesseiro com fronha suja) as toalhas do banheiro parecendo uma lixa de tão usada, não fornecem nem toalha de rosto. Interfone do quarto não funcionava. Estava com uma idosa cadeira de rodas não fizeram a gentileza de ajudar com serviço quarto pra não deixa-la sozinha. Na saída tive que descer arrastando a cadeira e as malas sem ajuda
