N’ai dû payer un autre hôtel dans la région démunie la nuit après 2 heures de stress car l’hôtesse d’accueil m’a laisser sans jaune aide ni orientation
Je souhaite être rembourser dans le cas contraire je dépose plainte auprès du tribunal d’instance pour faire valoir mes droits
Ayant annulé ma réservation faute de parking et d’aides malgré mes appels et mon déplacement en laissant ma voiture en feu de détresse épuisée après 3heures de routes et 2heures d’attente aucun interlocuteur n’a pu m’aider
C’est du vol qualifié de prélever un client qui n’a pas séjourné dans cet hôtel au milieu de nulle part il faut signaler aux clients qu’ils doivent venir en taxis ou en RER et ne pas faire des publicités mensongères
