Gestione della prenotazione da migliorare: delle due camere totalmente prepagate, solo un pagamento era stato registrato. La prenotazione era per due notti, ma al check-in ne risultava solo una. Solo una delle due camere è stata pulita tra una notte e l'altra, la seconda camera come se non esistesse.
Alle nostre rimostranze per la scarsissima attenzione al cliente, non abbiamo MAI ricevuto alcuna scusa da parte del personale.
C'è tanto su cui lavorare.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel

Rapport qualité prix très intéressant
Petit déjeuner copieux
Propreté de l’établissement
Les chambres sont très bien équipées

Cons:

Le personnel le matin de mon départ était moins sympa que celui de l’arrivée. Je pense que cela peut se corriger 😉

Bon séjour, localisation parfaite
Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel à la réception et au bar, la localisation très proche de l'aéroport, le système de passerelle piétonne qui est un très bon moyen de rejoindre l'aéroport rapidement.

Cons:

La recption TV tres pixélisée par moment, la prise 220V mal sécurisée à l'entrée de la chambre.
Le manque de goût dans certaine plats du restaurant, ce nest pas un commentaires négatif car les plats restent bon mais une suggestion pour le futur.

A ce niveau de prix, prestations de la chambre pas à la hauteur.
Pros:

Situation à proximité de l'aéroport ; insonorisation des chambres ; qualité du petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Mauvaise qualité des oreillers
Régulation de la température qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre (température étouffante).
