Horrible Disaster!!
Pros:

Nothing at all it was not as pictured online.

Cons:

The location was near train tracks and a pretty rough neighborhood. Before entering there were people out front sleeping on the bench. When we entered to front desk it smelled of smoke and stale air. The elevator was not working. As we went to our room the room was HORRIBLE it was dirty!! Beyond means sheets dirty bed wasn’t made hoes in walls ac vents dissembled carpet and room smelled like smoke walls were grimy. This place was not stay-able we DID NOT SLEEP HERE. We went to front desk to let them know the condition of the room that we want a refund. They stated that we had to go through booking to do so.

Stay was terrible sketchy location for sure if I wasn’t gone be at a party til 2 am and sat outside the room was so bad

It was sufficient
Pros:

The staff was friendly and greeted us every time we came or went. It was easy to get to the UofSC campus.

Cons:

Overall it was very worn. There was a cockroach enjoying the bathroom. We are hoping we didn't take him home. We ran out of tissues and were almost out of toilet paper so we asked for more. It was not brought to us that day. The next day, we had to go ask a second time and have them hand the items directly to us. They also never came to check the rooms or empty garbage, we were there for 5 days. We didn't need the sheets changed, but fresh towels, without asking, on the 3rd day would have been nice.

It was a great value for Columbia especially for the location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the seating was convenient.

Cons:

I usually use Splenda in my coffee, not regular sugar, it was fine though.
