We have stayed here many times before and asked them not to spray fragrances in the room before we arrive this is always ignored
Not sure what is going on with this hotel maybe trying to cover up a septic plumbing issue the hotel has back we aren’t coming back

Fab hotel , exceeded our expectations
Pros:

The best airport hotel we have ever stayed at!Our room was fabulous!Roomy,bright and bathroom was well appointed.
We had dinner in main restaurant and food was first class.We would use this hotel if we were ever traveling from Brisbane airport

Location ok don’t upgrade it’s a rip off

Location is ok but mor like 15 minutes walk than 5

Cons:

Paid to upgrade for lounge access expecting to get a couple of hours snacks and drinks what we got was 2 low budget drinks and a plate of dried fruit and meat not exactly tapas complete rip off don’t pay the upgrade fee
