Great service in the restaurant. Spacious clean room.

Marcus and Ruby were brilliant, food and drinks were wonderful.
Hubby and I have just flown in from Perth and staying at The Pullman Brisbane Airport.
We received complimentary welcome drinks at the bar downstairs and were served by the lovely Ruby. Her service was amazing, big happy smile, very efficient and hard working, nothing was a problem. It’s obvious she loves her job. They’re lucky to have her on their team.

The staff members at dinner where amazing, we had 2 young children and the staff where very great in making us not feel like a burden, infact we were very comfortable and it made dinner enjoyable.

Had booked at the Apron restaurant and my granddaughter was with me. We got turned away as she had inappropriate foot wear. I have been in much nicer restaurants and this has never happened. A bit hard when we were wanting to stay at the Hotel for dinner
Room was lovely only wish i had more time to experience the motel. Bed was very comfortable. only had 5 hours there

Always amazes me when hotels implement self service check-in and charge for wifi, seriously basic service.
