AMAZING
Pros:

Came down the day before to drop off my daughter for an early international flight. Great service, food and accomadation. Will definitely be back.

Breakfast was decent, although not as good as other Pullmans

Cons:

Bathroom had not been cleaned well. Someone had broken a glass and there were shards of glass on the floor and all over the towels and shelves resulting in us getting cut. Beds not very comfortable.

Disappointed after a long day of travel

This is our fourth stay in a year. It’s a very expensive property but as we thought we knew what we were getting, we booked again.
We arrived at midnight and were put in an accessible room. No bedside table,
Limited surface area at the sink, unpleasant layouts, bed too close to the wall. We booked months in advance and at $350 a night, it’s not what I would expect. We spoke to concierge who offered us a drink voucher…despite the bar being closed. We spoke to concierge agin in the morning who said they would escalate it. We’ve not heard back since. I think they were banking on us being so tired, we wouldn’t be bothered, but after a long day of travel, a hotel at that cost should be a place of comfort.
