Muscat Hills Hotel

Ik heb een geweldig verblijf gehad.

Eigenlijk niets op aan te merken!

Er was de mogelijkheid om al om 06:00 in de ochtend in te checken aan de helft van de prijs zodanig dat ik geen extra nacht op voorhand moest boeken omdat mijn vlucht al om 04:30 in de ochtend was geland.

Ik heb dan zelfs nog een gratis kamerupgrade gekregen omdat die kamer vrij was.

Bij aankomst in de kamer was ook alles aanwezig wat je verwacht, zoals handdoeken en dergelijke.

Toen ik later op de dag vroeg om een taxi te regelen om naar een winkelcentrum te gaan, hebben ze er één via de Yango app besteld, dewelke véél voordeliger was dan de 'normale' taxi die ik bij aankomst op de luchthaven moest nemen.

Het eten in het restaurant van het hotel was ook super lekker en in vergelijking met wat ik van andere toeristen heb vernomen, ook héél goedkoop. De optie om op de kamer te eten zonder kosten voor roomservice is ook iets wat je tegenwoordig nergens meer vindt.

De prijs tegenover andere hotels was ook zeer laag.

De locatie was ook heel goed, alhoewel de omgeving daar nog in volle ontwikkeling is. Maar van geluidsoverlast van het bouwen was geen sprake.

Grand appartement, climatisé, proche de l’aéroport.
Par contre, pas d’une grande propreté, on a découvert plusieurs cafards.

Upon entering the twin room there was only 1 towel....the bathroom was basic at best..no shelf space...half broken toilet seat...and not sure the bathroom was ever cleaned.
The bed linen looked not very clean....walls had stains everywhere...carpets were very dirty. It was more a hostel, than a hotel.

The location of the hotel was vey good and close to the center of the city. However, the room wasn't well cleaned. I found plenty of hair on the ground, bed, and billows. I seriously wondered whether they changed the bed sheets at all after the previous guest. My stay would've been a lot better if they maintained some housekeeping.

The room was dirty with dust and hair everywhere. The bed sheets was stained. There was so much hair on the bed and billows. Housekeeper claimed that the sheets were fresh and the hair on the bed must have been his body hair which fell off as he changed them. Somehow, that was even more gross. The billow was old and disintegrated into 1000 piece.

Brand new hotel quite close to the airport, room perfectly clean and staff very helpful. Restaurant food maybe a bit overpriced but overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If u need just a place to stay, this is it. No frills, not fancy just basic and functional.
Limited access to any amenities except for the convenience store that is run by the nearby petrol station.

Room is clean but the hotel is far from places. Super high taxi fee if no bargain. From hotel to airport is around 5 to 8 Rial for local people but 10 to 15 Rial for tourists.

Neu, sehr nah an Flughafen, passt alles. Transfer zu Flughafen pünktlich und günstig

would liked to have some tea and coffee in the room and a welcoming small bottle of water since the hotel does not have shopping area next to it.

الفندق بشكل يمتاز بالتالي:
- الغرف واسعة جدا ودورات المياه واسعة نوعا ما.
- شبكة الإنترنت (الوايفاي) سريع جدا
- موقع الفندق يقع بمرتفعات المطار وقريب من المطار ومركز عمان الدولي للمعارض.
- سعر الغرف مقارنة بالفنادق المتواجدة بمسقط مناسبة جدا
-طاقم العمل ممتاز جدا ومتعاون
السلبيات أو بالأحرى الأشياء اللي ما عجبتني بالفندق:
- عدم توفر مياه شرب في الغرف بشكل مجاني
- عدم وجود قهوة عمانية في الاستقبال
- أسعار مأكولات المطعم بالنسبة لحجم الوجبة شوي مبالغ فيه.

No shops nearby

Hotel room etc is good with good cleanliness & comfortable bed.
However there was kettle, glass, mug but no coffee, tea, sugar, drinking water hence can't understand the use of kettle.
Air Conditioner thermostat was not working & cooling was not bearable.
Economical & okay for a night or two stay.

Cleanliness and calmness is good.
Staff is good
But
Poor food quality
Expensive food as compared to its quality.
No coffee shop in hotel..
Still lot to develop for hotel!
