Cons:

le rapport qualité prix ! 159 EUROS ! je répète 159 EUROS pour un établissement qui est, certes, bien équipé, mais ne fournit que le minimum pour ce standing ! pas d'ascenseur, pas de lobby : juste un bureau à la réception avec une chaise. Dans la chambre : pas de bouilloire, pas de machine à café, un frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas (pas branché ?), pas de petits extras qu'on pourrait attendre pour un prix pareil comme du thé à disposition, une bouteille d'eau ou autre.

A titre de comparaison, ça n'a rien à voir avec l'excellent Hôtel JEZERO de Plitvice qui, pourtant, était 60 euros moins cher par nuit.

Mon impression : le propriétaire de cet hôtel a tout misé sur l'équipement, en achetant de l'équipement de grande qualité : le lit, les meubles, tout le mobilier est de grande qualité. Mais il semble que pour le reste, il se contente de payer le minimum, qu'il s'agisse du petit déjeuner, des services en chambre, ou du personnel qui, bien qu'accueillant et parlant anglais, n'est pas très nombreux (il n'y a plus personne à l'accueil, le soir, après 10H00). ceci étant dit, l'endroit est si étroit et petit qu'on ne souhaite pas à un réceptionniste d'y rester plus longtemps. ça peut se comprendre.

Selon moi, on paie surtout l'emplacement : pratique car situé près de la gare autoroutière. et on peut imaginer qu'il n'était pas possible de faire un hôtel plus grand en centre ville.

toujours est il que 159 euros, ça reste beaucoup trop cher si on compare à d'autres hôtels ou d'autres chambres pour le même prix.

The staff was unwilling to help. We asked for a second duvet and they couldn't even provide that. The duvet they had wasn't even big enough to cover both of us.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

At first glance it was clean, but towels and the bed sheets had some random stains. Both smelled washed but I wasn't thrilled about using the towels or sleeping in those bedsheets. The sink seemed to have had something lodged in the drain (to me it looked like some kind of bone?? Could have been a razor as a more logical object there but it looked bad and probably has been there for long).

Oh and our room door couldn't lock for the first night. We were on the ground floor. We found this out after the receptionist told us that she locked the entrance earlier because of "weirdos coming inside". Not very reassuring to be then told that she doesn't really have someone to call because the manager is probably sleeping at this hour (almost 23 h I think).

Honestly felt like the beginning of a bad horror movie. And it cost only 218 euros for 2 nights and 2 people. Fun.
