Great location and unique and interesting place
Street it’s on is very narrow
Didn’t have breakfast, did have a lovely dinner and great drinks!
Nice to not drive after drinks and food. Food was excellent.
Hot tub
My son, daughter in law, and grandson live right there on Champlain street NW. So, staying at The Line is a "no brainer." I have probably stayed there at least a handful of times over the past few years. I have found The Line to be a great place to stay. As shared, the location just fits. But further, I would say the staff really makes it worth the stay. It could be getting checked in, making arrangements, dinning in, or whatever, The Staff has been top flight!
This past stay Myra and Dante C. were the staff that I interacted with. Total professionals, and pleasant personality wise. I plan to continue my stays there. The Kids, own the place on Champlain St NW, so I don't see much of a change for the next little bit.
I am not a huge dog person, but the vibe of the place is animal friendly, so I just try to be respectful of the pets and their owners.
Location and vibe
Nothing really
I found the bed really comfy and like the location.
Breakfast is good.
Heating was hard to control so I did't sleep as well as I'd hoped.
I went for my brother's surprise birthday and EVERYTHING was as delightful as it could be. This is not the typical sterile boring hotel, but rather a unique and enchanting place with original facilities, artwork, and many amenities.
We want to especially comment Sandra, from the front desk, and Derrick, her manager. They were both extremely helpful in locating an appropriate room for our needs on a recent visit. Special kudos to Sandra!
Great gym
The weather.
Excellent location
Helpful staff
Great location for us and very cool hotel. Rooms are beautiful and bed very comfortable.
Had requested a high floor but was put on the 3rd floor with a view of the dumpsters and much street noise.
Room was adequately sized
Staff was rude. Overall stay wasn't pleasant at this hotel.
