It’s a cool building in a great location.
The ac wasn’t working. The front desk offered to comp my room and then charged me for it.
Location. Loved being in a vibrant historic neighborhood.
Checkout. I was charged for the minibar. Luckily, I took pictures when I checked into my room and when I left to show I didn't eat or drink anything. Confusion over whether or not there was a tub in my room.
Great atmosphere and very nice rooms.
People at valet were very friendly but unfortunate they damaged the car and didn’t tell us. We didn’t notice until too late. Damage was quite large and the driver must have noticed this. Together with driver we checked the car at arrival and no damages noticed.
Our stay at The LINE Hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. What truly made the experience exceptional was the warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Sandra and Shelly, who both went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.
Sandra was the first person to greet us, and from the moment we arrived, she made us feel special. Her warmth and attentiveness immediately set the tone for what would be an unforgettable visit. Shelly was equally amazing, offering thoughtful restaurant recommendations that were spot-on and helped make our celebration even more memorable.
We were fortunate to stay in a beautiful corner king room with stunning views of both the Capitol and the Washington Monument, which provided the perfect backdrop for the special occasion we were celebrating. The room itself was bright, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the eclectic décor and artwork, which gave the space so much character and charm. It felt thoughtfully designed and refreshingly different from the typical cookie-cutter hotel room.
The little details made all the difference. The shower products were generously sized, the minibar was stocked with delicious drinks and snacks, and we were delighted to find two complimentary bottles of San Pellegrino and a box of delicious macarons waiting for us. These thoughtful touches made the experience feel even more special.
Breakfast at the restaurant was also excellent. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, making it the perfect way to start the day.
The LINE Hotel combines beautiful accommodations, outstanding service, and thoughtful hospitality in a way that feels effortless. It is rare to find a hotel that gets so many things right, but this one certainly does. We left feeling cared for, appreciated, and already looking forward to the next visit.
Adams Morgan is such a fun location to be in, however, the metro station is a bit of a walk (about 6-10 mins), so we needed to Uber everywhere.
Cool rooms, comfortable, quiet, great location, and decent gym set up
The cafe. We sat down at a table and didn’t get served at all, so we left and got breakfast for takeaway.
The facade of the building. The inhouse coffee bar
The staff. Not friendly & not helpful at all. Somewhat rude. The only kind staff was at the valet. Staff should learn what comes with marketing yourself as a boutique hotel and what hospitality is. Especially seen the rate of the room
The price - definitely not worth it. The hotel is definitely not a boutique hotel. Booked a landmark king - which supposed to have awesome views - had horrible views of a construction site. Flagged it immediately and still waiting for a solution. Was promised a gift certificate haven’t received anything
The rooms are outdated.
The amenity fee is a scam.
Location
Air conditioning went out and wasn't repaired.
Nice design
Good location
They charged me twice (once via Booking, once directly upon Check in) they also charged additionnal 27 usd per day, without any warning, for the « amenities » (= the Wifi and the gym). What s next ? Charging an extra fee to be entitled to sleep in beds!? The receptionnist was nonchalant with vocal fry and an attitude (and an appetite for extracharging) otherwise rooms and locations are great but way too overpriced
Vieta, aptarnavimas, problemų sprendimas, kambarys, įspūdingas restoranas, meno kūriniai.

Nothing
Perfect location! Very unique property that blended the old character of the building with the hotel functionality.
The bathroom sink space was a little small.
