Pohodlná postel, čistý, prostorný a příjemně zařízený pokoj. Výborná snídaně. Krásné prostředí zámku a zahrady.

Főúri környezet igazi vendég központú hotel
Pros:

Álomszép kastély és park! Nagyon nagy élmény ilyen környezetben pihenni. A vacsora választás nagyon jó ötlet volt, minden étel gyönyörű és nagyon finom volt! A személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedves volt. Külön öröm volt hogy ez kutya barát szallas.

Finom volt a vacsora és a reggeli. Kedves volt a személyzet, szép volt a kastély és a környezet. Tágas volt a szobánk.

Összességében kellemes élmény volt a szállodában eltöltött idő. A reggeli finom volt -annak ellenére, hogy a választék meglehetősen szűkös volt- hotel elhelyezkedése is kiváló, minden könnyen megközelíthető. A személyzet alapvetően udvarias és kedves volt.

Cons:

Csalódást okozott, hogy több mint 10.000 Ft felárat fizettem a kertre néző kilátásért, mégsem ezt a szobát kaptuk. Jeleztük a recepción a problémát, azonban a kolléga nem tudott érdemi megoldást kínálni, mindössze annyit mondott, hogy sajnálja, de ez van. Egy ilyen kategóriájú szállodánál ennél rugalmasabb, vendégközpontúbb hozzáállást vártam volna, különösen, ha már felárat fizet az ember egy konkrét szolgáltatásért.
Remélem, a jövőben nagyobb figyelmet fordítanak az ilyen helyzetek kezelésére.

Nobility and peace reign supreme.
Pros:

Everything was truly beautiful, but the atmosphere in that place is marvelous.
Breakfast was truly supreme.
I had the pleasure of having lunch there, and the service was commendable. The dishes were presented with great care and of a high culinary standard. The dining room, overlooking the garden, was also lovely.
I'm very satisfied.

The parking space is not very large.
