I would like to start by mentioning that I contacted the hotel in advance to request an early check-in and a late check-out. Unfortunately, my request was declined with the explanation that the hotel was fully booked, even though our stay was only from Sunday to Monday and all room categories were still available on Booking.com.

The rooms are acceptable overall, but the pillows definitely need improvement. The biggest disappointment was the hotel itself. While it looks impressive in the photos, the reality is quite different. The property feels tired and poorly maintained, with cheap-looking materials, worn-out furniture, and an overall lack of attention to detail. The pool and jacuzzi area were also disappointing — the surroundings did not feel very clean or inviting, with hair floating in the water, which raised concerns about hygiene.

The restaurant food was decent, but the service quality was far below expectations. The staff clearly need more training, as the level of service was very poor and not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard.

The main positive aspect of the hotel is the beautiful and well-kept outdoor area, which is genuinely pleasant.

Eltekintve a tisztaságtól jó kis hely, szép környezet.

A tisztasággal nem vagyok megelégedve.
A fal össze volt kenve több helyen, illetve foltozgatva is volt sok helyen. Bogarak voltak bent.
Az erkélyre ráfért volna egy söprés és felmosás.
Borzasztó pára volt kint este.
Reggelinél nem volt kint szabad hely, mert az asztalokról nem voltak a tányérok leszedve.

The location is beautiful—surrounded by greenery, peaceful, and very relaxing. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, making a great first impression.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to that first impression. Although the hotel looks clean and modern, our room was not cleaned thoroughly. We found spider webs and hair on the floor, which was disappointing.

The biggest issue, however, was the balcony. There were birds’ nests directly above it, and while we understand that nature is part of the experience, the terrace was completely covered in bird droppings. It was impossible to sit outside and enjoy the view. In the morning, the birds completely occupied the balcony, making it unusable.

The food was another major letdown. Breakfast felt more like a basic supermarket breakfast than what you would expect from a resort. The selection was very limited, and the overall quality was underwhelming.

Prachtige locatie, mooie kamer maar ontbijt en spa niet niveau van dergelijk hotel

Hele mooie kamer, prachtige locatie, het merendeel van het personeel was supervriendelijk. We kregen een gratis drankje in de bar.

Cons:

Aan het ontbijt was niet iedereen vriendelijk, het ontbijt was sober voor een dergelijk hotel en er was de tweede dag zelfs niks van wit brood. De spa is verouderd, er waren slakken in de jacuzzi en het belevingsbad werkte niet. Ondanks dat we een keuken hadden was er eigenlijk bijna niks om zelf eten te maken.
