Pros:

Az éttermi személyzet kedves és türelmes volt.

Cons:

Az étterem és a szoba között 100-200 m a távolság. Ez azt jelentette, hogy a reggeli fagyok miatt mindkét napon télikabátban kellett reggelizni menni. A wellness részleg kicsi, gyenge és az sem közelíthető meg a szobából: vagy ruhában és csomaggal kell átmenni, vagy a telken fürdőköpenyben. Ennyit az 5 *-ról, meg az annak megfelelő árakról. A reggelinél nem 5 *-os a választék, a vacsora nem csak rossz volt, hanem személy szerint olyan problémát is észleltem és jeleztem, amely szerintem már a hatóság figyelmét is felkelthetné.
A szoba ugyan modern és nem kicsi, de semmi olyan apró segítség nem volt benne, ami a mindennapokat könnyítené (pl.: cipőkanál, vagy hely, ahova a ruhát ideiglenesen kiakaszthatod, a cipő idéz elhelyezheted, a bőröndjeidet elrakhatod). A fürdőben kádban kellett zuhanyozni, de mivel semmi függöny, vagy más elválasztó nem volt, így a teljes fürdő úszott a vízben. Mivel én magam három karaktert igénylő súllyal rendelkezem, halálfélelmem volt a kádban, mert se kapaszkodni nem volt miben, se az elcsúszást nem akadályozta semmi. A második napon ezért inkább fürdés nélkül jöttem el. A fürdőszoba amúgy hideg volt és ezen változtatni sem tudtunk.

A hotel nagyon szép környezetben helyezkedik el. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Az étteremben az ételek jó minőségűek voltak és finomak.

Cons:

A reggeli választéka elég szegényes, alacsony minőségű egy 5-csillagos szállodához képest.
Az italok ára rettentően túlárazott, főleg a boroké.
A wellness rész nagyon szép, de nem túl nagy. Szezonon kívül voltunk, de így is majdnem tele volt. Illetve nagyon meleg van bent, így nehezen volt élvezhető.

Világos,tágas szoba,tóra néző kilátással. A személyzet nagyon kedves.

A reggeli kínálat szegényes. Ma már elfogadhatatlan,hogy egy reggeli büfén ne legyen gyümölcs. Konzerv ,,gyümölcssaláta" egy olcsóbb kategóriás hotelben sem állja meg a helyét,nem egy 5 csillagos hotelben. Hiányoltam bármilyen teljes kiőrlésű,magvas stb. pékárut. Kicsit egészségesebb variációkat is, a disznótorost nem mindenki szereti reggelire.
A tükörtojás állaga botrányos volt.
Félpanzióra fizettünk előnem keveset,de bizonyos ételek felárosak.
Nem látom az 5 csillagot.
