Wedding Block
Pros:

My wife and I booked a block of rooms for our wedding in May of this year. Aimee and the staff were so helpful in coordinating everything we needed to make our guests feel comfortable. We had also booked the conference room for the night prior and the night of the wedding which was an excellent space for our guests to eat/hang out/catch up! The bar hours were extended on the night of the wedding which was a nice addition for our guests staying at the hotel after the wedding, the Bartender Calvin was super attentive and friendly!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable! We were very happy with choosing Spring Hill Suites for our wedding block!

Disappointing for a Marriott and the price
Pros:

Clean modern

Cons:

Never replaced our towels, garbage cans, and toilet paper!!!
Only 2 of us did not eat in the room so no extra garbage from food takeout

Placed used towel on floor as directed onthe shower door if you wanted clean ones was gone from 7am to 7pm
Got no towels. Then had to go get them from the front desk because there was only one employee working
Toilet paper ran out
For $557 for 2 nights should have been better service
And less not forgot garbage cans not emptied out and we’re full and we were gone most of the day

You won't be disappointed!
Pros:

Can't complain. It looked and felt awesome! Check-out was 12pm which I like. And the outside seating and tables was so cool! My room was very office like but that's not always a bad thing. The little treats near the front of desk was refreshing. Wish I could explore more! Affordable and totally worth it! Stellar experience!

Cons:

Maybe the entrance wasn't so obvious but that could just be me.

VERY good experience
Pros:

Excellent staff and very clean and spacious rooms. It's also easy to get to from the highway and is near the Promenade shopping and dining area.

Great location. Comfortable room
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Hotel obviously was undergoing renovations. There was a strong odor of adhesive in the hallway on fourth and fifth floors. At 3:30 pm hallway was cluttered with dirty linen.

Construction zone. Not painting a hallway full on construction EVERYWHERE
Pros:

It’ll probably look good when done. But full construction with plastic covering front desk, workers taking all elevators to move furniture, especially during check out on weekend is poor planning. Just close and do your renovation.

Cons:

See above. Breakfast staff was rude. Didn’t even reply to good morning. Waiting for elevator for 25 minutes to check out. Had to lug kids and luggage down 5 flights of stairs to leave. Sad way to run a hotel.

I would come back after the remodeling
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delightful.

Cons:

There was remodeling going on for my stay. Which it was on their website but not booking. So booking should probably do a little better when it comes to updates to the hotel.
