It was ok
Pros:

I like the fact that the hotel is right on the beach and on Flagler Avenue

Cons:

My room was overlooking a garage. I paid over $300 a night and they tacked on an additional $20 a day to park my car in their garage.

Really was not worth the money I paid.Not sure if I would stay again
Pros:

Location to beach, room was very nice

Cons:

Had hard time getting ice, as well as paid 305.00 for ocean view room, was put in a room with view of building next door and parking lot.

The worst wasn't happy at all !and no one could care !
Pros:

Cold food sausage was in water to hanging out submerged all wet !Kids unattended running all over the place wasting food and spilling juice parents could care less .

Cons:

We booked 2 months before and when I got there to check in they didn't give me the room I had booked and had payed for 2 months prior I was very upset and they said it was all booked up and couldn't change the room . That's not correct I paid for water front and I had a room in a completely different building looking at the trees and back of a building . Not cool at all .

Very nice stay!
Pros:

Very nice, casual and laid back hotel with a clean pool and steps to the ocean. Outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas by the pool and on patio. Down on the beach, you can rent beach chairs and a table and umbrella or you can just bring your own chairs. Hotel has a complimentary breakfast. Also has a full service bar and Starbucks for coffee/iced coffee or alcohol. Good selection of drinks when I was there. Very close to numerous restaurants and shops-within east walking distance for most. For more extensive groceries, they are about a mile from Publix. Hotel room had refrigerator (nice and cold) and microwave as well as a safe. Direct ocean view with balcony is what I booked. Rooms are cleaned every other day. Should you need anything in between, such as towels, soaps, etc the front desk staff is pleasant and will assist. You can also receive your pool/beach towels at the front desk for outside use. Everyone on staff I encountered was friendly and nice. I even got to check in early! I enjoyed a very nice, relaxing stay and definitely will plan on returning. The hotel was clean and well run.

Pros:

The location was excellent. Right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The hotel was dated and dingy for the huge price you pay per day for a room. The included breakfast was just powdered eggs and no pastries. A bigger choice of foods for breakfast would be better.
