Great location, clean, updated & friendly staff.
Pros:

Right on the beach and a great location to many restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The room got very warm during the night even with having the air conditioner on.

Breakfast was good. More than we thought for a continental breakfast.

Cons:

I got stuck in one of the elevators on the second floor. None of the buttons worked, not even the emergency one. If I didn't have my phone to call my husband, who contacted a maintenance guy, the young man in there and I would have been in there for a long time. I am clostrophobic and was close to panicking. I reported this to the young man behind the check-in desk. He said he would let the manager know. We were never contacted. The location of this hotel is great, but our room, 219, had a noisy air conditioner, and a lumpy bed. Sorry, the price of this room with a view of the parking lot, in addition to the elevator incident, would not make us want to return. Jeri Murphy

Wonderful place to stay at the beach
Pros:

The location and ability to walk everywhere. You literally walk out the front onto the beach. Restaurants and shopping all walking distance. Very clean and staff extremely friendly. The rooms are very spacious.

Cons:

There were a few "little" things such as, the room refrigerator is very small for an extended stay. The pool is not warm and the outdoor fireplaces do not work. There were ants in the closet.

Blissful staycation
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times, each time the front desk is very accommodating. The staff from breakfast, to coffee to bar is just a pleasure to be around.
The housekeeping staff is very kind, rooms are spacious, view (when on a higher floor) is sooo relaxing.
A firepit by the beach is just heavenly.

We have an upcoming stay next week but had to write this review now b/c we are coming in this time for 2 rooms as a family of 8. This is the present for our family to celebrate the holidays together.
The concierge/front desk person (woman) was so kind when speaking to me and helping with special requests, I cant wait to interact with your whole team for a blissful holiday.
Keep up the great work team Springhill NSB!!!
