Disappointment of a Marriott.
Pros:

the only thing we liked was the ocean.

Cons:

Rooms had the weirdest configuration, with a bathroom with a clear door right infant of your beds. They charge $20 a DAY to park there. The pillows are flat and it was huge disappointment compared to other Marriotts we stayed.The outside is rowdy, packed and loud.
Definitely not worth the price. Staff is not very friendly, either.

Great location, however, over priced. Taxes and a $20 daily parking fee added $100 to our room cost of $400, totaling $500.
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops.
Hotel needs a refresh of the rooms, especially the bathroom showers.

We go to Florida 3 or 4 times a year, this Marriot Spring Hill Suits is the worst hotel ever!
Pros:

Breakfast Ok, same thing every day Bacon one day sausage the next. not enough help. Ocean view from the pool. Location very good.

Cons:

They never cleaned the room once in 7 days. We talked to the front desk about the problem 3 times and they said. "They had to get the rooms ready for for people checking In first" and they would do it the next day, They told me that 3 different times on three different days. The trash cans were full on the floor and dirty towels etc. Paid extra for partial view of ocean, NOT we saw the parking lot ( if you could stick your neck out the window 3 feet yes you could see some Ocean. They said they had parking under the building we could park their, when we checked IN they charged us $20.00 per day when we checked out. Never told us their would be a charge, on top of the $3,000.00 we already paid for the room. The pool was very small, unbelievably crowded, chairs what a mess never cleaned up area . We paid for eight days and left after seven days we will never go back to a MARRIOT SPRING HILL SUITS AGAIN Overall a terrible experience! They need new management.

a Stay in New Smyrna Beach
Pros:

We have stayed in this hotel several times and continue to love staying there. The staff is extremely accomodating, the property is well kept, our room was spotless, and the free breakfast was great. Right on the beach to enjoy, and we did by sitting by the large pool and relaxed. Can't wait until we return, as you can park you car at the hotel, and walk to a large assortment of restaurants and stores.

Pros:

The wife of the nan who developed the property played piano and entertained us. A nice couple. A very nice place with friendly people. The property is in walking distance to much of what New Smyrna beach has to offer.

Pros:

I checked in from Thursday to Sunday at hotel. My only complaint is that housekeeping did not knock on the door once to offer to dispose of trash, provide clean towels or wash cloths.
The pandemic has been over for several years now, but service has not. However, the price of rooms has increased since then.
Breakfast buffet was just ok. Nothing to brag about.

A favorite place to stay!
Pros:

This hotel is definitely one of our favorites. Went for an overnight trip with my husband. We were greeted by Annabel at the front desk. She was very pleasant and helpful and represents the hospitality of the hotel. Our room was very clean, very comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The beach was right outside the door, with a pool overlooking the beautiful ocean view. Breakfast was nicely done. Everything we needed was a short walk….restaurants, shops, etc. Didn’t have to use our car at all! Look forward to returning again soon!
