Pros:

Always clean and welcoming, beautiful rooms, great cable TV. Breakfast in am has eggs and meat as well as breads and cereals. Location is close to I 40 on ramp, walking to Nice Italian restaurant and gas station. It even has a very big swimming pool. The only hotel I stay at since it was built.

Cons:

Quiet rooms. Cable TV. Walking distance to restaurant. Great morning breakfast. Staff is the best.

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

I enjoy most of the breakfast, with the exception of the eggs. They were watery and cold. You provided a wide array of food choices and beverages.

I stayed here because the Hampton Inn across the parking lot has a slow check in desk as it is understaffed.
Pros:

Friendly welcome desk with one person being trained

Cons:

Smelly bathroom. The guests take all the valet carts and keep fhem in their rooms so there are not enough at departure time

Pros:

Everything, when we checked in the gentlemen at the front desk was very polite. When we were leaving house keeping told us thank you for staying with us and have a good day. I thought that was pretty nice. We look forward to staying here again.

Not a facility for people with physical disabilities!
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

What could have. Been better was, I am disabled and I could get a handicap shower. I had a hard time bathing, I was scared, I slipped and hurt myself, I had to go without cleaning myself because of inadequate facilities. AND I REQUESTED HANDICAP SHOWER. I requested a room close to an exit, which also was NOT honored.
