The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely look at the hall way floor on the 2nd floor. Seem

The breakfast was nice. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

I stayed on the second floor and the floor felt like it was rotten walking down the hall. It did make me feel uneasy walking on them like I was going to fall through.
Our toilet stopped up and the staff brought a plunger and told us to do it. So we did but I never have had to do that when a problem came up.

This hotel was very convenient in reference to the AF Base.
Pros:

I really, really appreciated the sticker full of pertinent information attached to the key card sleeve...that was brilliant and very, very, very helpful.

I liked the room beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like how kind of dirty parts of the room was, they don’t thoroughly clean the bathroom and they don’t seem to have maintenance checks very often because all the outlets except for the bathroom ones were loose and could not fit my chargers. Also the water pressure in the shower is very low and showering was very uncomfortable

It was okay, came with family to go to AFB graduation. Had three rooms with dirty carpet.

Cons:

The carpet in the rooms was so dirty it was hard. The carpet in the entire hotel needs to be replaced, but ESPECIALLY in the rooms. Again, the carpeting is so dirty it’s hard!
