Great stay ...but..
Pros:

How convenient it was to our arrangements and me and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool

Cons:

Unfortunately, the next morning, while we were collecting oir things to leave the hotel room, me as a mother wanted to make sure my kids didnt forgot anything especially in the bed sheets with their socks. When I fully removed the sheets up from the bed, their was a very adult drawing on the bed sheet that we didnt notice since it was at the edge of the bed ! We took a picture of it and quickly went to management and they apologized sympathically and I sent them the photo to her cell. Please make sure to left your bed sheets fully off the bed to make sure their aren't any profanity drawings.

I wasn’t expecting this to happen but what makes it worse is the lack of support and communications.
Pros:

I had a sanitary issue that I brought to the attention of the staff. The room I was given is not what was reserved. The tv was going out. I’m honestly not pleased with this stay. No feedback or accountability taken.

Cons:

I had to request the room be cleaned due to the conditions.
