A lot of extra random fees. Especially having to pay for parking. Also they will charge for the waters even if you don’t drink them and when you call about it the staff was very rude!

Cons:

Tell the TOTAL price of the room. I received a text that said, "the total price of your stay is $236.86" ($218.00 plus 8.65 for a total of $236.86.) I was charged $264.26 after the taxes were doubled and other fees added. I still have the texts plus screen shots. I will be back to Louisville almost every month but will not stay here. Another motel very close doesn't do this and I will return there next time.

Just adequate
Pros:

While a good location & a relatively good "deal" per nightly cost - I was a) suprised by the 'parking' charge (I flew in - no car involved!) & b) there were several cars broken into in the parking lot - - and no notice I could see to guests. I found lots of glass around several parking spaces when walking to the mall - and reported that to the desk person - who confirmed, yes, several break ins. The lower rating - per "service." Despite asking both a worker in the hall AND the front desk - across 3 days - - it took til the 3rd before anyone came to refresh the room. The breakfast buffet - SO not worth it. Far better to order from Door Dash or walk somewhere (what I did after the 1st morning). Pitiful selection/options & mostly luke-warm at best.
