We're updating our guest rooms from 1st Nov – 31st March 2025 with new doors featuring drop seals and improved insulation to reduce noise. We’re also enhancing the fresh air and exhaust systems for better air quality. Work will take place daily from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with minimal disruption, though some noise may be heard. Location is not great! Far frkm the beach and restaurants.
The entrance is very weird. Also anyone seems to be able to enter. There is no control.

Nothing, regret booking a room here... It's not upto Accor Standards....Mercure hotels are not like this...
The entrance of the hotel, Cleanliness, understaffed, breakfast was average, very clumsy space.
Location is central and close to everything.
Upon check-in, the room was found in unsanitary condition (hair on the floor, hair in the bedding, and a strong sewage odor). Visible mold was present on the headboard and the room appeared generally unmaintained. Additionally, a rat was observed inside the building. I became ill during my stay, which I suspect was related to mold exposure. The hotel presents multiple health and sanitation concerns and should not be listed without corrective action.

The bedsheets in all 5 of our rooms were damp and the whole place smelt like mould. I honestly wouldn’t ever stay here again and advise no one to book this hotel. The bedroom smell our mould and a group of us booked 5 rooms which all smelt the same and the bedsheets were wet in the rooms
Poor location, pool and other facilities didn't met the standards
The only good thing about this place was that the staff at reception were nice and friendly.
The rooms smelled like mould. We could hardly breathe because of the wet smell throughout the rooms and not to mention the bathrooms which smelt like sewerage. The smell of moisture hits you as soon as you open the door to your room. This should not be classified as a 4 star hotel. It felt very unclean and uncomfortable. The Netflix/wifi did not work. We could not wait to get out of there.

Très bon séjour ! L’hôtel était propre et bien situé. Un grand merci surtout à Nour et Amina à la réception 🙌
Les deux filles nous ont accueillis avec un sourire, elles sont très professionnelles, rapides et toujours disponibles pour aider. Grâce à elles, le check-in a été super facile et elles nous ont donné de bonnes recommandations pour la ville.
Le service client fait vraiment la différence ici !
