Isolated, no facilities
Pros:

Individual chalets with adjacent car port, suggesting this is more motel than hotel. Certainly not a 'resort'. Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand.

Pleasant resort
Pros:

This was a nice ,tidy and quiet resort set back from the main road. The room was a fair size and clean with a comfortable bed and TV, air con and WiFi all worked ok. Ideal for a one night stay if passing through.

Quiet Hotel, Helpful and Friendly Staff
Pros:

The staff are very accommodating. They went out of their way to be helpful. They drove me to 7Eleven so I could stock up on food etc. They also gave me a lift to the next motorbike shop rental - all without wanting a tip.

The room is clean and the hotel is situated in a quiet location, which makes it perfect for sleeping.

I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surat Thani.

ที่พักอยู่ไม่ห่างจากถนนใหญ่ ห้องพักกว้างสบายมีที่จอดรถเฉพาะหลัง สงบไม่พลุกพล่าน ที่ควรปรับปรุงคือ พนักงานต้อนรับที่รับเช็คอินแล้วถามลูกค้าเคยมาพักที่นี่รึยัง ตอบไม่เคยมาครั้งแรก_เธอก็บอกห้อง... เลี้ยวซ้ายแล้วก็ขวา ยืนรอสักพักน่าจะไม่มีพนักงานไปส่ง ต้องถามว่ากุญแจอยู่ที่ห้อง? ปล่าวจ้ากุญแจก็ไม่ให้เรา เพลียใจจริงจัง ถึงห้องพักต้องหาทางเปิดแอร์ทีวีตู้เย็นเอง หาสวิสต์เบรกเกอร์เอง อีกอย่างที่พักไม่มีบริการกาต้มน้ำและชุดกาแฟ มีบริการเฉพาะกาต้มน้ำ 1 เครื่องที่ฟร้อนต์ (เพื่อบริการชงชากาแฟบะหมี่สำเร็จรูปที่วางจำหน่ายมากกว่า) ฟร้อนต์ไม่ค่อยสะอาด บรรยากาศไม่น่านั่งพักผ่อน. สรุป..โดยรวมที่พักดี แต่การบริการควรปรับปรุง
