Just moved here from South Korea and my stay was fabulous. I have been to Bangkok many times and by far this was my favorite place to Stay!

Love this hotel.

The hotel was very pretty on the inside and the staff was really nice. The breakfast was good, they had different variations of food so there were more to choose between. The gym was pretty small which I think was a bummer because it could only fit like only two people - but they had a nice variety of equipment and weights for a room so small. But if you don’t really care that much about the gym I really recommend this hotel. It was nice service, had a safe in the room and it looked clean as well

I paid for a nice suite with a view from the bath tub but the room was so small the tub and the bed touched, when i had to open my suitcase i literally had to put it on the bed, there weren't even chargers by the bed or anywhere to put my hygiene items, the room smelled strange, and when i turned the shower on, the smell was horrendus. The view that I paid extra for was of a rundown building, this hotel is kind of in the middle of no where. When I asked the staff if there was a bigger room they told me i should have paid more attention to how the room was described on the website and that they could downgrade me to a family room for 800 usd. I booked a week and i checked out the next day and they could not have cared less, it was almost like they were used to it.

Love this hotel. Will always book this hotel when visiting Bangkok.

Stayed here on a solo trip for one night before flying out of Bangkok. Staff was kind and efficient. Safe area with 7/11 right across the street.

My room was lovely, priced right with great food at the restaurant downstairs. Everyone extremely helpful.

Great hotel .. except breakfast could be little bit better for 250 baht. Only thing is they have to move your table because of limited space , this could be organized better . I saw couple table asking to moved while they sitting down. Water heater sure have issues . And the drain not working properly . I love the waiting areas with juice and small cookies . We will be back again .. I love the tub just too bad I didn’t used it because of water not hot enough .. great staff .. thank you

My stay went really well. My room was very tidy. Clean. Plenty of plug sockets for charging devices like my iPhone. Staff were friendly and thanks to Google translate were really good. As a guest you also got free bottles of water. Amazing. Free juice drink and nice treats all included in your stay. You are few minutes away from a 7 11 store if you need anything. The air conditioning was wonderful. I did have pay a 1,000 baht fee that will be refunded after 30 days. I guess this is if you lose your room card by accident. Overall it was a very good stay. Met my true love my queen my heart my baby my everything my number 1 Meeyaradee. Very lucky to have found each other in this world. Having the STAY hotel as a backup in case my Meeyaradee had any problems getting to Suvarnabhumi airport was really useful. We both loved the room after i checked in so the hotel knew I was safe and had arrived.

The STAY Hotel has a chic, black aesthetic. The concierge team was the best. One of the team members helped me when I was stranded at the airport because my wallet had been stolen. I’ll never forget that kindness. The housekeeping team was so gentle and kind.
