La estadía fue espectacular y realmente disfrutamos mucho nuestra experiencia en el hotel. Las instalaciones, el servicio y la comodidad estuvieron a la altura de nuestras expectativas

Cons:

Como sugerencia constructiva, notamos que el personal, aunque correcto y profesional, se mostraba bastante serio. Esto nos dio la sensación de que no era tan fácil acercarse a hacer preguntas o pedir ayuda. Creemos que una actitud un poco más cercana o sonriente podría hacer la experiencia aún más acogedora.

De todas formas, agradecemos la atención recibida y sin duda recomendaríamos el hotel.

Toalhas e roupas de cama bem limpas e cheirosos, apto com sacada, cozinha que proporciona pequenas refeições com facilidade.

Cons:

Único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro que estava com falta de manutenção, meio entupido, saindo pouca água.

Localização ótima. Tamanho do quarto ok, e itens de comodidade disponíveis.

Cons:

Barulho, hóspedes, geladeira barulhenta, aparelhos de ar condicionado. Isolamento acústico e ruim. Posição da TV na cozinha e muito alta nao é confortável.

Ubicación estratégica, acceso caminando a playas cercanas, muy buena la atención por parte de todo el personal, variado y abundante desayuno. El departamento impecable, con todos los servicios. La recepción de la posada es muy buena!! Gustavo siempre muy atento. Volveremos seguramente!!!

Pros:

Pedi quarto duplo para três pessoas, uma vez que eu estava com visita de fora, passando as férias aqui em Santa Catarina. Apto bem amplo maior do que muitas kitnet. Sem contar a localização que fica no centro de Bombinhas. Com certeza, da próxima vez que eu for, me hospedarei na mesma pousada.
