Location great bcz we were there for family emergency at hospital

Cons:

The floors were dirty. And paying 20 each day to park is ridiculous. I mean are we to park down street an walk in.20 a day to park where you are staying is wrong an wasnt told about that extra 40.00 until chk out.

Bad night of sleep and paid $20 extra per person for 3 people for breakfast that was not available.
Pros:

Ricky (lady at the front desk) was very nice and pleasant. Good location and proximity to the campus and the event we were going to. That's really about it.

Cons:

What breakfast? I paid $60 extra for 3 people to be able to eat breakfast. We went down at 8:30 am to eat. The breakfast was so picked over that there was nothing worth eating. Only thing left was a couple of rubber eggs and some cold oatmeal. There were no coffee cups, no creamer for the coffee. Absolute ripped off of the extra money I paid. We ended up going to June (local coffee shop) for coffee and breakfast.
The mattresses in our room were so worn out. You felt like you were going to fall out of the bed. I woke up with the worst back ache. Seriously need to replace some mattresses.
