The staff is accomodating anyway
The aircon air is dusty maybe its not well maintain
The room smelled of mold and didn't even have a window, which was odd... The back ofthe door had mold on thrm and in between the beds smelled like a urine filled toilet. The staff were friendly and the shower actually had hot water and is the only reason i didnt give it a one!

This hotel is dirty and old. The moment we walk inside, i can smell the uncleanliness of this property.

Close to shopping malls and walking distance to downtown,
Poor WIFI, noise outside the lobby, The maintenance staff are more friendly than the front desk and counter attendant.

This is our first time to be in Cagayan and unfortunately, not impressed with our stay in the hotel!
Late check in after 5 without notifying us that there is a delay. Reception area too chaotic at time of check in.
Air conditioner wasn’t the great in our first room then we were transferred to another room which was great though a hassle.
Then there is the towel issue … no bath mat!!!
The water was just enough to take the cold edge otherwise too cold!
The neighbours ( next door guests… too loud and no regard for others guests!!! )
The toilet and other facilities obvious wear and tear plus smells of sewage!!!
Staff only acknowledge s when being spoken first otherwise okay !
Location - too close to public markets!!!
The elevator … too smelly of marang or other unpleasant smell!
If you have enough money I highly recommend to go to other hotel
