Pros:

Room was modern and clean on arrival.

Cons:

Breakfast was very disappointing. I had an allergy to gluten, this was explained to the hotel staff on check in who explained the allergy card and what to do. Upon going to breakfast this was practically ignored and staff didn’t seem to understand

Chambre payée pour 3 personnes. Canapé-lit d'appoint non préparé. Absence de draps et d'oreiller. Absence de linge de toilette. La troisième personne a directement dormi sur le matelas. Absence de réponse de la direction. Aucun geste commercial.

Hard work and upset and let down both myself and the wheelchair user

At time of booking I requested an accessible room as one of the party is a wheelchair user when we got to our room it was not accessible so I went back to reception and they found another room for us we moved rooms and to my dismay the bed was very high so went back to reception and explained this the manager who said that beds in accessible rooms should be lower she then asked another manager who said that all beds were the same height and I explained again that Carl the wheelchair user cannot stand as he has a T4 injury I had to lift him onto the bed and off again as that was our only option which I’m afraid is a real poor show from a hotel , when I booked it was this hotel that was booked because it states accessible and it is not for a none walking wheelchair user I feel so let down by this

De kamer was goed en zag er netjes en schoon uit.
Je kon gebruik maken van de gym

Cons:

Het ontbijt vond ik erg tegenvallen. Er waren geen verse kleine broodjes en er was nauwelijks fruit. De borden werden heel snel opgehaald als je aan tafel zat.
Ook waren er verder weinig faciliteiten waarvan je gebruik kon maken.

Besu, propre, personnel agréable.

Cons:

Nous avons eu de la difficulté avec la porte de salle de bain mais nous l'avons mentionné et ça a été pris en note pour être réglé.
