Over all it was a good stay for the price hotel was clean and smelled fresh only 15-20 min drive to downtown New Orleans
Pros:

The breakfast was good staff was really nice location close to restaurants and stores close to eway

Cons:

There was no fridge or microwave in the room as advertised the construction around the hotel made traffic horrible

Hotel stated your card did not go through and they charged my card for this stay; therefore, I've paid twice for Nov 16-17th. PLEASE ADDRESS.

Slept great.
Pros:

It was very clean and staff was wonderful.

Cons:

Absolutely no water pressure. Couldn’t shower and wash hair barely could wash soap off there was barely any water pressure. This was the worst part of the whole stay. Had to wait to get home just to wash my hair and get what shampoo was in it out.

Pros:

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are large with a kitchenette and a few dishes. The bed was comfortable and everything is fairly new. The only downside is that you need a car to get around since restaurants are a few miles away. Also, the breakfast was good.

Pros:

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and well maintained. It was hot outside during our stay and the air conditioning was on full blast most of the time. The only thing that could have been better is the noise of dragging furniture in the room/space above us. It sounded like chair dragging across the floor all night. Must have been a storage room of some sort.

What a great stay! Homewood Suites Gretna is a beautifully kept property with seamless access to the West Bank Expressway and nearby shopping and dining. The location made getting around incredibly easy.

I was genuinely impressed by the level of service during my stay—friendly, attentive, and professional staff throughout.

This will definitely be my go-to hotel for future visits to the New Orleans area. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Facilities are well kept and concierge is friendly. However parking is limited and check in experience could be enhanced as we arrived forty minutes after recommended check in time and had to wait an hour and a half after arrival to get a room. However, the condition of the room and the view were excellent.

Pros:

Spotlessly clean throughout - my suite was immaculate. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh, tasty options. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
