Clean, Spacious, and Quiet
Pros:

Clean, Spacious, Quiet. Kitchen is well supplied with utensils and such. The layout was nice. Balcony looked right over the pool and into the exercise room making it very easy to know how busy they were. A nice little mall is nearby with a number of little restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. This is a condo, so calling in the car from the airport would expedite the check-in process. I made the mistake of calling after I had arrived, so it took a few miutes to get things arranged.

Long but cold pool, and the gym was good too. We had problems with ants and really bad smell of durian fruit in the apartment but the host helped us with fast cleaning

Of kettle and owner
Pros:

The owner is bad. When we came, we saw a piece of the kettle fell off. It was already broken. We did not use nor touch the kettle at all. After we left the owner kept sending pictures and kept accusing us that we're the one breaking it. And trust the cleaner that it wasn't her. She's very sure that the cleaner didn't do it. Logically would the cleaner tell the owner if she broke it and had to replace the expensive kettle? Can she afford to replace it if she were to tell the owner. Think! We are very happy to replace it if we're the one breaking it. We can afford to replace. But it's not due to us. Very bad attitude.

Happiness in Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

It was raining hard and too late when we came, we were suprised the unit owner/manager checked us personally if all of us four are ok. Amenities are top of the line for the price we paid, and cleanliness is consistent from reception to our room. Highly recommended to those who are on budget but still looking for quality. Location is also in the heart of the city.
