The location is great. Breakfast is nice and well served and they have a very nice rooftop for breakfast. Hotel is old but well kept and clean
Floors were quite dusty in our room, but the rest was clean

The location is good
The room is not clean and the electrical machines is dosent work

No drop off area - facility was very old needs renovation- at breakfast they charged us for sunny fried eggs as omelet!! -they didn’t change the bed sheets for the whole stay - no bill boy on Sunday so we had to pull our luggage and the receptionist asked 2 housekeepers ladies for help and they were for sure very upset.
The Grand Karot hotel in Yalova, Turkeye is a hidden gem with clean large rooms with view of the sea, boats and seagulls. The staff is very courteous. The best feature is the grand breakfast which is the best we’ve ever seen with a variety buffet style as much as your heart desires. The lead server, Ms. Yasimin speaks English, German, Turkish and some Arabic. A super friendly lady we enjoy conversing and learning little about Yalova. We had coffee, with natural honey after breakfast. The view from the restaurant oversees the Marmara sea and downtown Yalova. This hotel we think is the best value for your stay In Yalova. Enjoy 😊

the price is so much expensive compared to the other nearby hotels
cleaning should be done everyday since we pay for it but they complain if you asked them to clean
they also complain if you asked them for water and bathroom tissue which should be brought everyday
and once one of the staff open my bag without my permission just because i took with me an apple from the breakfast buffet which i payed for ! and she took the apple from my bag saying it’s not allowed!!!!!
this could be true but she opened my bag without taking permission that’s the big deal here !
Very good hotel for a holiday with the family. my kids were happy and felt comfortable with in the hotel. spacious rooms and and comfortable beds. Good Turkish breakfast and tea. i do recommend this hotel for families especially for young kids.

tip: don't forget to walk to the seaside (few minutes) and eat fresh delicious fish in one of the restaurants there with a very reasonable cost
The room was spacious, clean, unfortunately the tv didn't work but It didn't matter to me, the young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful... also booking. Com rates are actually higher then if you just go in for a room 30 us dollars higher.
We spent two nights and got a real big nice oceanfront room. Unfortunately TV was not working and problem wasn't solved and the squeaking door to the bathroom neither. The latter we managed ourselves. Breakfast buffet was good.
