TOP. Besser geht es nicht in SIDE, wenn man unabhängig wohnen will.
Pros:

Top Lage des Apartment. Direkt am Meer mit Balkon, ruhig, geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet.

Pros:

La vue sur mer , la plage , tout les monuments a proximité , tres proche du centre sans être dérangé par les bars , c’a rien avoir avec l’hôtel mais les restaurant a sidé sont tres cher , on est arrivé en voiture ; il faut se garer dans l’otopark payant (pas cher) et prendre le bus touristique pour circuler a l’aise , penny et ramazan sont des personne sympathique et accueillante

Fantastic stay in beautiful Side. Amazing location and such friendly people!

Pros:

De locatie van dit hotel is erg goed. Echter ligt het in de autoluwe gedeelte, dus er komen met je bagage is wel een uitdaging.

Cons:

De kamer is ontiegelijk klein, er was geen ruimte om de koffers te stallen. Ook de waterdruk was om te janken, niet te vergeten de vreselijke stank die 's nachts door het putje naar boven kwam.

Toen mijn vriend en ik 's middags op de kamer waren hoorde we dat iemand de deur probeerde te openen doormiddel van een sleutel. (Dit lukte niet, aangezien onze sleutel aan de binnenkant er in stond.) Geen idee wat er was gebeurd of ontvreemd als we niet in de kamer waren geweest.

Pros:

Side was a fabulous historical location, the archeological restorations are spectacular and will be better over the coming years. Old Side has been rebuilt and it has a lot of tourist shopping, but if you can get over that it was well worth a 2 night visit, and the beach house hotel is a perfect base.

Cons:

The beach house does not provide or offer breakfast, the choices in the town are limited but there is a fridge in your room so it's easy to cater a Turkish breakfast for yourself (boil your egg in the kettle?), we definitely recommend,Penny, and her lovely little hotel , that has the most wonderful position right on the beach.

Nagyon szép helyen van, de csak az menjen ide, aki nem fél a gyaloglástól, mert az autót csak egy kb

You would want to return to this place again!
Pros:

Oh, this place is wonderful!!! Beautiful view on the sea from 2 balconies, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, very cosy. Located directly in Side antique city on the beach in a calm area but near to all the attractions.
Specially i would like to mention hospitality of hosts: Penny and Ramazan helped with everything we asked and beyond. We really felt very wecomed.
This is a place where you want to come back.

Pros:

Нас встретила чудесная, дружелюбная хозяйка гостевого дома, Пенни. Апартаменты производят приятнейшее впечатление, хороший интерьер, просторно, удобная планировка, отдельная спальня. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым, были даже моющие средства, губки, чай, кофе. Удобная стойка для готовки. Смарт ТВ, стол для работы, это важно.
Но самое потрясающее это расположение гостевого дома. Вид с балкона и окон на миллион! Утром сидишь на балконе, пьешь кофе, смотришь на море, пальмы, архитектуру Сиде. Ох, эти картинки мне будут сниться!

Cons:

Это скорее не относится именно к гостевому дому, просто для информации, если вы на машине. Так как дом в антик городе, то паркинг (с местами нет никаких проблем) минут 15-20 пешком в 2 км, по жаре может быть проблемой. Порой даже пользовались туристическим трамвайчиком.
И в целом, дом за день нагревается, приходится спать с кондиционером, иначе очень жарко.

Pros:

Гостиница - есть все необходимое, стиралка, плита, микроволновка, собственные лежаки. Место с множеством старинных достопримечательностей. Хозяйка Пенни помогла с трансферами по хорошей цене. Приедем еще.

Cons:

Стоит усилить WiFi, что бы работал и на лежаках, рядом с отелем.

Fantastic Beach House Getaway
Pros:

Amazing location with the beach right in front of the hotel. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, with a beautiful terrace perfect for sunbathing. Not fR from the main Side attractions but in peaceful surroundings. The staff are warm and welcoming, making the whole stay feel special. I’d happily come back again!

Мы остались довольны местоположением и гостеприимством. В апартаментах имеется все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Пенни отзывчива на любой запрос. Близость моря и исторических объектов, сон под шум прибоя, вид с балкона, милые котики и дружелюбная собака Пенни.
