Pros:

朝食は選ぶことができて、とてもおいしかったです。
席がいっぱいであれば、部屋まで持ってきてくれます。
ロケーションもリンラン通りで食事には困りません。

Cons:

行きのタクシーをホテルに依頼していましたが、手配がされていなかったのか3番柱と11番柱を何度も往復させられました。結局タクシー合流するのに1時間以上かかり、そのままの値段を請求されました。

部屋に小さい赤い虫？のようなものがいっぱいいました。

Despite introducing all the information of my corporate credit card when booking the room, and choosing the "pay now" option, no money was taken from the account.
When I arrived at the property they said that the room was not paid, so they asked for the credit card. However, I did not have the corporate credit card with me and I had to pay with my own money.

周辺に飲食店が多く、便利。部屋が綺麗。ただし隣の部屋との壁が薄いのが気になる。
ホテルフロントスタッフが優秀。ハイヤーの手配や支払いも一括して行えるので、現地に法人やツテがなくても安心して出張の業務が行える。目の前の道路で開いている朝市がアジア感満載で楽しい。
