Cons:

Despite introducing all the information of my corporate credit card when booking the room, and choosing the "pay now" option, no money was taken from the account.
When I arrived at the property they said that the room was not paid, so they asked for the credit card. However, I did not have the corporate credit card with me and I had to pay with my own money.

周辺に飲食店が多く、便利。部屋が綺麗。ただし隣の部屋との壁が薄いのが気になる。
ホテルフロントスタッフが優秀。ハイヤーの手配や支払いも一括して行えるので、現地に法人やツテがなくても安心して出張の業務が行える。目の前の道路で開いている朝市がアジア感満載で楽しい。

Great value for money, a business hotel that provides first - class service.
Pros:

For a business hotel, it provides a first - class experience. Its greatest strength were its staff. From the front desk, to the cook, to the cleaners, to the airport service driver, all of them were extremely friendly, thoughtful and patient with guests, and attentive to my every need. So attentive, in fact, that they provided me with a packed breakfast when I left for the airport. That was a touching gesture. The amenities were top - notch as well; the breakfasts are excellent (highly recommended: the Banh Mi breakfast meal), they have free onigiri for evening snacks from 9 PM to midnight, the reading nooks have an excellent collection of manga and provide a comfortable space where you can read, and the hot tub is a relaxing perk that you should not miss (sadly, I was unable to avail of this due to time constraints). The rooms themselves are excellent; clean and comfortable, they have almost everything that you need. The bathtubs are great for soaking in after a long, hard day, with hot water available 24/7. The mini-bar is adequately stocked, but you can add your own drinks and store your own food if you want in the room's mini fridge. And the wifi is fast and reliable; no lag or break in the connection during my stay there. As for the selection of channels in the cable TV service, they have a complete collection of Japanese and Korean cable channels, as well as local channels, CNN, CNA, and HBO. All in all, a 10/10 experience.

Cons:

Everything was great! Nothing to complain about.
