Location great - in the centre of the old quarter. Tastefully decorated.
The room was very small. Why give us the smallest room when the hotel was not busy. Staff just agreed and shrugged her shoulders.
The bed was uncomfortable and the room too hot. Neighbours rooms could be heard.

Booking.com was dreadful I book a room with a balcony and was not offered one until I made a fuss .. Booking. Com said in the small print it states that is only when one is available. The hotel was virtually empty! They kept referring me to the small print ! When you want to book in half an hour , guess what you should not have to double guess every detail. I booked a room with a balcony and Parking . Guess what told to check the parking is down the road , which is not what I wanted as I had a car full of ski gear ! Booking.com states parking in the filters I put parking but after a 60 min wait and conversation . I got a patronising conversation, which was 0 help and referred me again to the terms and conditions .
This has no reflection on the hotel or staff who completely understood my frustrations and concerns and did their upmost to help . They gave me a room with a balcony as an upgrade even though I had paid for it through booking . Com and it was booking. Com that had taken me money. We had to unload the car which was fully loaded with ski gear and stuff that I wanted to keep safe and parked in a hotel that had parking. I was mid lead and that is not the Hotels fault but it is public parking off site !

Pode deixar mais claro na página do booking que o café da manhã não está incluído. Deixar mais claro também que uma taxa extra é aplicada ao final da acomodação.
O serviço do bar do hotel é muito ruim (zero respectivo, não se mostra como um lugar para tomar um apero antes do jantar ou para apres ski)
Se ficar num quarto em frente à rua principal pode ser um pouco barulhento.
Alguns funcionários não são muito receptivos.
