It was nice, but I wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

I like the location and even though it was central, it wasn’t noisy from the streets below. The beef bar restaurant is excellent, and the staff was super friendly.

Cons:

The beds weren’t particularly comfortable. The rooms were tiny and the bathrooms were ridiculously small. The shower was so small. My 6 foot husband could hardly fit inside it and the sink was the size of a salad bowl.

Müthiş zevkli döşenmiş ve olabilecek en merkezi konumda. Harika bir küçük otel . Servis olağanüstü iyiydi. Otelin restoranı çok iyi idi, kasabanın en iyi yerlerinden biri. Lobisi çok keyifliydi. Her şey zevkli ve güzeldi.

Cons:

Kaldığımız oda nispeten biraz küçüktü ancak son dakika rezervasyonu olduğu için memnunuz bu durumdan.

Pros:

God frokost og veldig god restaurant på kvelden med fantastisk Beef. Utrolig beliggenhet midt i sentrum, kort vei til alt. Skiheiser og skiutleie ca 150 mtr. Hotellet var veldig smakfult og moderne. Hadde en liten SPA avdeling hvor vi hadde en veldig god massasje. Personale var hyggelig og veldig behjelpelig.

Cons:

Rommene var litt små og litt lavt under taket, men vi bodde på toppen

Great Location and Design Undermined by Disorganized Service
Pros:

The hotel boasts an outstanding location and striking design, and the rooms themselves are comfortable and well-appointed.

Cons:

Upon arrival, no basic information was provided about Wi-Fi, breakfast, or hotel facilities. The reception felt chaotic, with staff clearly overwhelmed and no sense of welcome. Guests are left to ask about everything themselves, often receiving unclear answers or being made to feel as though the information should be “obvious,” which came across as unprofessional.

In-room amenities such as tissues, vanity kits, shower caps, water, and even clean towels were not replenished. When requesting them, there was no apology—only instructions to come and collect them from reception. After finally complaining, we returned to find the small room suddenly filled with towels and eight bottles of water, which felt almost surreal and highlighted the poor organization.

Breakfast was nicely presented with fresh ingredients, but there was no explanation that eggs or omelets could be ordered. By the time we discovered this, the chef was unavailable that day. Overall, the experience was marked by confusion, bad organization, and disappointing service.

Given room rates starting at around €700 and the hotel’s 4-star positioning, this level of service is unexpected. While the location, design, and room comfort are strong, the service—especially at reception and in housekeeping coordination—requires serious improvement.
