Pros:

Мы приехали поздно но с нами связались и предупредили что будут ждать и угостили нас вкусной выпечкой по прибытии.У нас оказалась проблема с джакузи,так нам тут же предложили переселиться в другой номер.
Персонал великолепный,еда на высшем уровне.
Отель расположен в доступности от всех интересных мест в центре города.
Очень рекомендую

Lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko, dobrze skomunikowany z lotniskim. Wspaniały, bardzo życzliwy staff, bardzo dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Disappointed
Pros:

It's close the beach front, just a 5 mins walk which was very good, and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Our stay at Qbic was extremely disappointing, we went a couple of years ago when they just opened and our experience was way different this time. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, leaving it unbearably hot, and we were told it depended on other rooms’ settings, which made no sense. Despite staff knowing about the issue, we weren’t offered a new room. The TV also didn’t work properly, Netflix was inactive, and no one could provide the login details. There was no proper hot water in the shower unless we let it run for 10 minutes, and even then it was barely warm. The sink was constantly clogged, there was no cup for toothbrushes, and the soap and shampoo smelled unpleasant.

Breakfast was below average, with very limited options and slow refilling of the buffet. We waited 10 minutes for basic items like croissants to be restocked, and when we ordered eggs, we only got 2 pieces of bacon and when we asked for more we were told extra bacon would cost more despite the already limited menu. On top of that, the morning reception staff member was unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome, especially when we needed access to the locker room before check-in and after check-out. Overall, we were very dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel.
