Однозначно прекрасный отель за свои деньги. Отличная локация, персонал и завтрак.
Pros:

Отличное место, которое стоит своих денег! В номере была ванна-джакузи, как и заявлено. Номер чистый, классная кровать. Вкусный завтрак. Спасибо персоналу, который встретил и зарегистрировал нас глубокой ночью.

Cons:

Было бы здорово предоставить разные по высоте подушки. Их было 4, но все одинаковой высоты (высокие для меня). Остальное было на высшем уровне.

We were very disappointed with our overall experience at this hotel.

From the very beginning, we were asked to provide a deposit in case of any damage. We were later told that this condition was included somewhere in the booking information, and the responsibility was placed on us for not noticing it. We have never encountered this kind of requirement in standard hotel bookings before. If a hotel requires such a significant deposit, this should be communicated clearly and visibly before the booking is completed, not only after the guest arrives.

What is even more unacceptable is that today is already Friday and the deposit has still not been returned — the amount remains blocked. If a hotel requires guests to provide a deposit in advance, then the release and refund process should also be transparent and efficient. So far, we have not been given clear information about exactly when the funds will become available again.

Unfortunately, the room itself was also not in the condition we would expect from a hotel with this rating. The bed was already damaged when we arrived on the first day, which clearly shows that the room had not been properly checked and prepared before our arrival. The bathroom sink was blocked and the water was not draining properly until we contacted the staff and asked for assistance.

The towels were very old and worn and did not match the standard expected from a hotel of this category.

The air conditioning was also unreliable. We understood that it had a sensor-based operating mode, but even taking this into account, it would sometimes switch off and we were unable to restart it without assistance from the staff.

We were also surprised by the breakfast limitations — only two eggs and one cup of coffee. Restrictions like this did not match the expectations created by a hotel of this level.

However, the most disappointing part of the experience was the overall attitude and lack of hospitality.
