The staff were amazing. They were helpful and friendly, even going out of their way when I tried to extend my stay and it had issues. Special thanks to Ands and Nan.
The location was great. Walking distance to the main beach, but with the soundproofing quite inside for an early night when needed.
Finally the hotel is well maintained and the rooms are spacious. The 5 stars is based on the value for money this place offers.
Staff all very lovely, special thanks to staff member ANDS who always was very welcoming and friendly, he is a huge accett for them at the Arden, no issues at all with the rooms, we had a washing machine which was obviously very useful to have, very fast Internet, lovely bath and shower, very modern and clean.
Only a couple of small negatives, the first room we booked facing the road was obviously a little more noisy which was on level 6 compared with the Pool side room on level 5 which we booked a week later, however would certainly visit the Arden again, breakfast very good with once again lovely staff members.

The hotel is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff are lovely and provide excellent service. Khan, who was training to be a housekeeper, did a fantastic job. She is lovely, friendly, and easy to talk to. Her name is Nongkan.
A staff member named Gam was very good at cleaning and politely greeted guests and passersby. The hotel had a great view and the pool was beautiful and natural.
The accommodation was very clean, the rooms were spacious and tidy, the beds were soft and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, and all the housekeepers were lovely, especially the housekeeper named Bee, who was very kind, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, close to tourist attractions and restaurants, suitable for both leisure and business. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Excellent service, delicious food, the pizza crust was perfect and baked just right. May, the staff member, was very attentive throughout. The swimming pool is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and it's conveniently located with a shuttle service. I will definitely come back again.
I truly loved my stay , I was in room 715 for more than two weeks , the location is perfect with central Pattaya at only 15 minutes walking distance . rooms are clean well equipped and comfortable , outstanding pool gym and breakfast , the staff is kind and helpful , wait for me I'll be back soon

I stayed at Arden Hotel & Residence in Pattaya, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. They made us feel like family — they even surprised us with souvenirs and happily took pictures with us.
The food was delicious, and we were welcomed with complimentary drinks, which was such a sweet touch after a long trip. The hotel itself is beautiful — the room was spacious, clean, and stylish, and the pool area created the perfect relaxing atmosphere. There’s also a spa on-site, which made the stay feel even more luxurious.

Had the pleasure of stopping here for 12nights. The rooms are spotless. Cleaned every day. Loved the little touches. I.e new toothbrush and toothpaste put out every day. House coats and slippers. The room was very spacious too. All the staff was fantastic. Always there to help. Loved the girls on the main desk had a lot of banter with them. Ands nan and nice thank you so much for a fantastic stay. I do recommend have food here too. I’m very fuzzy with my food but I had an evening meal here and breakfast was very tasty. I will be back here next year and stop here again.
