Pros:

The hotel is nice and the staff is not too bad... the restaurant is not clean....horrible food, breakfast was really bad, dirty plates and glasses,flies on the bread....just messy and unhygienic....The rooms were clean though

Was lovely enough to make me consider the same hotel for my next visit...which is very soon
Pros:

breakfast was great but the chicken giblets were an unusual item to find.
I enjoyed sitting outside with the wind in my hair. a very lovely and romantic atmosphere. it felt welcoming and clean.

Cons:

the waitrons could smile a bit more.
we moved tables and the waiter took too long to set up the new table with table mats and all. We had to ask for them
I'm from SA and the smoking in the same room even outside is an issue, perhaps a designated smoking area would be best.
when walking in the corridors I could hear conversations or the TV in the other rooms. I just wonder about the privacy aspect.
struggled with switching on the TV, had to phone reception for help
no international channels like Netflix or even the option to use own account
bathroom had black tiles, I noticed watermarks already whilst I had not used the shower, so I don't know if it was not cleaned or the marks were permanent on the floor

A conveniently located hotel within walking distance of banks and popular restaurants.
Pros:

I appreciated several aspects of my stay, particularly the welcoming attitude of the staff - Ranid and Nelia were consistently kind and proactive, always looking for ways to compensate for the hotel’s shortcomings. The water issue was eventually resolved, and I was also granted a late checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture.

Cons:

Upon arrival, the staff struggled to locate my reservation, which was inconvenient after traveling. Additionally, I experienced hot water problems from the first day of my stay. Finally, the breakfast offerings were very repetitive, which became disappointing over time.
