Location and staff were both great. The layout and concept of the room were good. It would be good for a long-term stay, but maybe not the best “residence” type hotel.
There were noise issues from both sides of our room, and not due to inconsiderate guests, but just generally thin walls. Our room was also located across from the ice machine, which was very loud even when not actively used. The room was in okay condition but there were some pretty significant issues including missing tiles in the bathroom, a bathroom slider door that would not fully close, and some staining on the couch and ottoman. The air conditioner in the room also gave off Home Alone basement vibes every time it kicked on.
Our room was set up like a apartment. It had a refrigerator that was actually big enough to put food and drinks in with a freezer for ice cream and ice. The kitchen had a dishwasher to use and actually dishes, coffee mugs, silverware, and etc. I had everything I needed to live there.
I think the complimentary breakfast could have been a little better but other than that I have no complaints.

Hotel amenities were wonderful from comfortable suite, workout spot, pool and breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Fabulous location with walkable spots for shopping and restaurants. Purpose of visit for Bowling Green State University graduation
That I had to pay for premium WiFi. I had to work while on my visit and “free” WiFi was spotty and slow. I was comfortable with room rates, but to pay additional for acceptable WiFi was disappointing.
It was all i expected..clean, quiet, and comfortable beds..with husband and son...prime location ..history, restaurants, interstate for coming and going..very nice staff all around..thank you!

The rust spots in the pool, the one elevator (elevator 1 i think) was uncomfortably noisy and it swayed a lot while in motion. Needed more and/or pillows
it was close to the funny bone. I attended to show there the same night that I booked the room.
I didn’t like that even though I got the room through a third-party I was not given the room that I needed. I needed a queen room with two beds and I had to take a king bed because that was the only thing that was available. I wish that was explained before I booked the room because I wouldn’t have booked the room because individuals book what they need not what the hotel has available.
