To us it was perfect and made our weekend stay very enjoyable.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Right off major interstate and easy to reach. Didn't seem noisy at all and yet there were shopping areas with in a hal mile of the facility. Breakfast was great. Nice variety and I especially liked the yougurt machine and all the toppings. The room was perfect. We stayed two nights so the suite gave us a little extra breathing room. The heat/ac were easy to operate and keep us comfy. Enjoyed the large fridge. We appreciated the recycle container in the room and enjoyed all the Halloween decorations around the lobby.

Cons:

I really can't think of anything they could do to make it any better. I guess if i had to say anything I would say the price. I don't like that they charge more for weekend stays than during the week and the taxes get to be a bit cumbersome. I realize they need to stay competivie so accept it as part of travel.

Clean profession comfortable love this place.
Pros:

The staff is always attentive and caring. Very professional. The facility is clean the food always hits the spot.

Cons:

No fault on the facility but the guest are at times inconsiderate are have music playing loud at night. Luckily the staff handled it as soon as I called.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient
Pros:

We stayed overnight when returning home from vacation. The location was on our route and off the highway. We arrived later than planned due to a accident that had the highway backed up. We were tired and the check in didn't go as smoothly as it should have but I want to believe the representative was doing her job in wanting to verify everything. We initially had requested a top room floor but since we arrive so late and was going to be leaving out in the morning asked if we could have a room on the first floor (as the hotel was not full or even half full) which we got some push back one.

In regard to the hotel, it's pet-friendly which we needed. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and well maintained and the same can be said about our room. It was a king room, and the decor and furnishings were modern and colorful but definitely on the smaller side. It had everything we needed for the night and rather quiet.

We would utilize this hotel again if we are ever in the area again.
