Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and professional, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the catering team.

A special thank you to Janneil, Ekashein and Varshita (apologies if I’ve misspelled any names) at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were always happy to help and provided fantastic advice and tips on places to visit, which really enhanced our trip.

The buffet breakfast was outstanding, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. There was a wide variety of healthy options to choose from, including wellness shots available as you walk in. The team was exceptionally attentive, even remembering exactly how we liked our coffee each morning, which added such a personal touch.

Our room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The toiletries smelt divine, and were topped up daily if required. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it and when it finally came time to leave, we were genuinely sad to go. The warm send-off we received was the perfect ending to a wonderful experience.

We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

I think the hotel staff especially at check -in need more training. I has 3 people try to check me in. The cleanliness of the room needs more attention.
