Terrible time at the Hilton Lucknow, avoid the hotel at all costs
Pros:

The hotel listing is dark pattern, where free breakfast is advertised, but the same is not provided for at the hotel. Their listing is very misleading and the property is not even owned by the Hilton group, seems like some liquor supplier company (billing in the name of Amrit Bottlers Pvt Ltd) Please refrain from staying in the property, it is under construction, there is a lot of construction matterial all around. Our pillows had fungus on them and towels had stains, basic check was also not done.

It was Great!!
Pros:

The staff was really helpful when we lost our engagement ring in the pool they came out to help us immediately, specially 'Pappi ji' and team, Thank you!
And room service girls they were really nice, really loved the towel swans they made for our us.

Cons:

The pigeons near the rooftop pool making it dirty. And the surrounding community with all garbage and construction debris.
