いままで何回もお世話になっていますが、今回もとても快適でした。
Pros:

とにかく駅直結でアクセスの良いところ
そして朝食ビュッフェがとても美味しく毎朝楽しみでした

Cons:

ロビーでの飲食が禁止になってしまったのがとても困りました。昼頃千葉に到着し、チェックイン前にキャリーバッグを預けて、ロビーのソファで軽食を取り、午後のお出かけに出発、というルーティンが出来なくなりました。
せめてフロント横だけでもOKにして欲しいです。

清掃ルールは案内のみ、実施は別問題
Cons:

子どもの卒業式という大切な日に利用しましたが、これまで泊まったホテルの中でも群を抜いて最悪の対応でした。
このホテルでは「10時までに清掃希望のマグネットを貼れば清掃する」と明確に案内されていました。私たちは9時57分に貼り、時間内にしっかり対応したにもかかわらず、戻ってみると部屋は未清掃。フロントに伝えると、まず疑うように貼った時間を確認され、「9時57分」と答えると「今日は清掃できない、明日以降になる」と一方的に突き放されました。
さらにタオルを持ってきたスタッフは、謝罪の一言もなく、「業者がマグネットを見逃した理由は分からない」と責任逃れ。まるでこちらが10時以降に貼ったかのような態度で、非常に不愉快でした。
そもそも、宿泊者が契約しているのはホテルであり、清掃業者ではありません。
「10時までに貼れば清掃する」という約束を提示したのはホテル側です。
その約束を守れなかった理由を“業者のせい”にするのは、あまりにも無責任ではないでしょうか。業者がいないなら、今そこにいるホテルスタッフが最低限の清掃を行うべきです。
さらに、タオル交換とゴミ回収を依頼したところ「廊下に出しておいてください」と言われましたが、可燃ゴミを廊下に放置するよう指示するホテルがあるとは驚きました。安全面でも衛生面でも問題があると思い、部屋内に置きました。タオルをリネン庫から持ってきたのなら、そこに回収物を置くこともできるはずです。
ホテルとしての基本的なサービス意識も、説明責任も、誠意も感じられませんでした。
せっかくの卒業式の思い出が、このホテルの杜撰な対応によって台無しです。

Pros:

If one were to use the Chiba Station a lot, this is one of, if not the best locations to stay at. The hotel is essentially inside of the station, leading to great convenience, along with being across the street to a 7/11.

Cons:

The hallways of floor 9 were quite warm, along with a slight smoking smell. The smell is not present in the rooms.
