立地や施設として良かったです。

個人的に気になる方ではありませんが、部屋のトイレに髪の毛が落ちてました。パッと見て分かる所だったので無ければ良いですね。

Thất vọng vì nhân viên phục vụ có thái độ với khách nước ngoài

Đây là một khách sạn liền mạch với ga tầu chiba, rất thuận tiện đi lại. Sạch sẽ và đồ ăn sáng đa dạng, ngon. Chúng tôi thường xuyên chọn nghỉ để chuẩn bị ra sân bay, có nhiều chuyến tầu từ ga chiba ra sân bay narita và không cần chuyển tuyến.

Cons:

Kỳ nghỉ này tôi đã gặp vấn đề với 1 nhân viên lễ tân là người Nhật. Thời gian checkout là 11h trưa, tôi muốn gửi đồ hành lý xuống sảnh trước lúc 9h30 và nhận lại lúc 11h để ra sân bay. Người nhân viên này tỏ ra khó chịu và không muốn cho gửi, cô ta còn yêu cầu tôi phải báo giờ nhận lại, yêu cầu không được gửi quá 1 giờ, thái độ thật không nên có tại nhật bản. Tôi đã đi nhiều khách sạn từ 3-5 sao tại Nhật bản và chưa khi nào thấy thái độ phục vụ như vậy. Tôi đã phải nói giờ checkout là 11h , tôi sẽ quay lại để lấy hành lý lúc 11h, cô ta mới không nói gì nữa. Việc tranh cãi đã khiến tôi chậm trễ công việc và cảm thấy chuyến đi bị hỏng hết.

フロント横に自由に使えるアメニティがたくさん置いてあり、種類も充実していました。
朝食バイキングも品数が豊富で、炭火焼きのチキンやちょうどいい辛さのエビチリ、ネギのたくさん入ったお味噌汁などかなり美味しかったです。
忘れ物をしてしまったのですが電話で親切に対応してくださり助かりました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

ホテルと提携している駐車場の場所が分かりにくかった。
一台1400円になることや高さの制限があることなど、事前に電話などで聞いておけばよかったなと反省しました。
