Comportement lamentable
Pros:

J'avais réservé 13 nuits dans cet hôtel. Arrivé sur place, on nous informe que l'hôtel est fermé et ne reçois aucun nouveau client suite au COVID 19. Je précise au gérant que j'ai réglé la totalité du séjour sur Hôtel.com et que je n'ai reçu aucune notification par mail ou sms me stipulant que l'hôtel était fermé. J'ai donc annulé 12 des 13 nuits pour être remboursé mais j'ai perdu le règlement de la 1ère nuitée. Ce même hôtel qui a le culot de me demander si la nuit que j'ai donc réglée, s'est bien passée alors que je n'ai pu en profiter. Vous comprendrez donc dans quel état d'esprit je suis et ce que je pense de cet établissement, d'autant plus que nous étions chargés de bagages avec un taxi à payer.

Pros:

The address is wrong. It takes you miles away. We eventually found it to be told i had only booked and paid for one room. Showed them the confirmation of 2 rooms. Made to feel it was my fault they couldnt find the booking. Stood in full biking gear dripping with sweat. No offer of a drink or a seat while they sorted it. Eventually came and said...oh sorry...you have two rooms paid for. Rooms are tired and need a good clean. I wouldnt bother
