Pros:

Het personeel ( slechts één man) was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden waren super.

Las instalaciones muy modernas, se podía aparcar bien y bastante cómoda la habitación

Cons:

El desayuno está bien pero no te enteras mucho de como va al no haber carta ni comida que escoger. Queda en las afueras de Pamplona y dependes del coche sí o sí.

Las habitaciones eran grandes y camas cómodas, el baño espacioso y equipado

Cons:

Para empezar, voy a decir qué ocurrió al llegar a hacer el check-in este pasado jueves a las 15.00. Se encontraba en la recepción un tal “Will”, y debería controlar lo que le dice a sus compañeras delante de los clientes, ya que una compañera, se despide de él y dice “llámame para lo que quieras” y él le contesta “para lo que quiera? Para j0d*** también?” (Es decir, para f***). ¿Es normal decir eso delante de todo el mundo a grito pelado? Estábamos ahí bastantes personas, fue muy desagradable y no me quiero imaginar lo que dirá cuando no haya gente delante… además, ni supo decirnos dónde estaba la habitación, ni a qué hora abría y cerraba el restaurante… es decir, información escasa por parte de la recepción y un rato bastante incómodo.
Por otro lado, no entiendo muy bien la organización de los desayunos, ya que en Booking pone que es “buffet” y es como un bar y no tienen de nada, ni zumo, ni cosas dulces… al menos lo que tenían estaba bueno.
Añadir que en las luces había telas de araña y tampoco era algo agradable.

La habitación está muy por encima de lo que podía esperar para un hotel de su categoría

Cons:

Por error no reservé desayuno y fue un acierto. Otros compañeros si que lo hicieron y tenía muy pocas opciones y caro para lo que daban.

Accessible, propre, pour un court séjour, si vous avez une voiture c’est top , sécurisé.

Facilite d’accès chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Insonorisation à revoir , d’une chambre à l’autre on pouvait entendre le ronflement du voisin.
