Pros:

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. There is a subway station right downstairs.

Cons:

The breakfast options are limited. The dishes are basically the same every day, and the menu is quite simple.

Recommended hotel for a short stopover in Singapore
Pros:

Excellent location, easy to reach via MRT. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very helpful staff. Nice swimming pool. We appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout and use of the pool area and shower for refreshing ourselves before heading to airport.

Worst. I’m not going back to this hotel anymore

The property is normal

Cons:

Very dark surroundings. I saw the person who was in charge of breakfast using his hand to handle the food without gloves. He was arraigning the fried chicken karage on the plate before giving to another guest.

The duty manager Joe Tan who handled my check in was the worst customer service manager I have ever met. He did not understand customer service at all. He was fake smiling half laughing, like mocking through out the whole check in procedure. If u are keen to improve and sincere to find out, go pull out the footage of my check in procedure and u will see

Nice location, besides MRT station and food court.
We booked Junior Suite and the room had plenty of space and two bathrooms, very good.
Nespresso is good.

Comfortable and clean well-located hotel
Pros:

The location is nice, you can reach a lot of city's famous spot on foot. Lots of shops and restaurants / bars nearby.
The room is comfortable and clean. We didn't have any issues with anything.
