I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent booking through your platform. I chose this accommodation based on the photos displayed on your website, which appeared to be clean and comfortable. Based on these images, I decided to book the room for three nights.
However, upon arrival, I was shocked and disappointed to find that the reality was completely different. The room was extremely dirty, the environment was unpleasant, and the heater was damaged. It was working at a high temperature, making the room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, there was no bathroom inside the room; the bathroom was located outside and was very inconvenient.
Due to these unacceptable conditions, I immediately left the room and checked out at 3:30 a.m. I also took some photos of the room to document the situation.
Afterward, I received an email from your team asking whether I stayed in the room or not. I explained the situation in detail, but I have not received any response since then.
I believe that the photos published on your website are misleading and do not reflect the true condition of the accommodation. I expect your platform to take responsibility for this matter and ensure that such false advertising is addressed to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues.

Wouldn’t stay here again nor the area - lots of homeless, drug addicts and brasses - not my idea of fun! Felt quite unsa
Pros:

Nothing much other than the water was hot when I had a shower

Cons:

The room as awful and lots of dangly leads around the bed which didn’t seem safe. Old and tired room that needed a good clean. Hands print marks by the bed and just felt very dirty!

Pros:

It's a small facility. It's at the centre of the city major tourist attractions. Romerberg square, Museum, major train station connecting to major cities in the country. Cafe and kitchens around to eat Korean dishes.

Cons:

We all have different taste. What is for adequate for someone may not for another. The price is quite cheap, so don't ask for more at that price.

Pros:

Rien ne correspondait à la location prise sur Booking.

Cons:

Appartement non conforme par rapport à notre réservation. Cuvette des wc cassés, pommeau de douche en mauvais état, armoire avec un trou de coup de poing et pour finir, une énorme blatte se baladant dans la chambre.
A fuir !!!!!!!!!

Que les places extérieur sont soit disant gratuit , on verras mnt si je reçois une amende, qui aussi qu’il change la literie et les serviettes

Es hatte eine gute Lage

Es war sehr unsauber, wir hatten Kakerlaken im zimmer ausserdem war unsere Bettwäsche mit Blut. Man hatt sich nicht wohl gefühlt absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
