Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

The property requires a refundable security deposit of MYR 100 (per room) upon check-in via cash or credit card only. Tourism Tax of MYR 10 net per room per night will be imposed effective from 1st June 2017. This Tourism Tax applies to rooms booked by tourists holding International Passport and will not affect domestic tourist or Malaysian permanent residents holding a PR status.

Early check-in is available at an additional charge of MYR 100 from 07:00AM to 11:00 AM and MYR 50 from 11:00 AM - 02:00 PM and is subject to room availability. Late check-out is available at an additional charge of MYR 50 from 12:00PM to 03:00 PM and MYR 100 from 12.00 PM to 06:00 PM.

The property does not permit food from outside. For the safety and convenience of all our guests which will be inclusive of our effort to meet Shariah compliance requirements. We kindly request that no food and beverages be brought into our hotel rooms.

Staff was friendly and great lobby. Located in the middle of the city of Alor Setar.

Cons:

Toilet was dirty and toilet seat should be changed as old and dirty. Curtain was badly designed as sunlight came in from wall.
