Zimmer war sehr geräumig! Frühstück gab es alles was das Herz begehrt! Einfach lecker!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Perfekte Lage.Schönes Zimmer, Nette Begrüßung Überaus Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Ab und an Haare von Vorherigen Gästen (oder der Putzfrau)im Bad.
Die Kopfkissen waren ziemlich klein.

Enttäuschendes Verhalten der verantwortlichen Leiterin des Hotels Promenade am Sonntag, den 8. Februar 2026
Cons:

1.) Um zur Rezeption zu gelangen, muß man mit Koffern durch den Gastraum des Kaffee`s gehen an allen Tagesgästen vorbei, nicht gerade angenehm...
2.) Nach dem Einchecken am 07.02.26, gleich nach dem Betreten des Zimmer-Nr. 108, bemerkte ich einen eigenartigen und unangenehmen Geruch (Hund bzw. Raucher)...es nervt einfach, wenn man wieder runter zur Rezeption muß um das Zimmer zu beanstanden und tauschen muß und Koffer hin- und herschleppen...
3. Enttäuschend das Verhalten der verantwortlichen schwarzhaarigen Hotel-Leiterin am 08.02.2026...beim Heimfahren bzw. Zurückgeben der Zimmerschlüssel Nr. 107 und 209 an der Rezeption kam eine mir unbekannte Frau ohne Namensschild auf mich zu und fragte mich, ob ich bereits bezahlt hätte...ich erklärte ihr, daß bereits alles bezahlt wurde beim Einchecken bei der Mitarbeiterin Frau H., sie braucht nur im Computer nachzusehen bei den beiden Zimmer-Nr. 107 und 209. Die Dame glaubte mir nicht und behauptete mehrmals, ich wäre noch die Kurtaxe schuldig. Sogar beim Rausfahren aus der Tiefgarage lief sie uns hinterher, hielt uns oben an der Rampe auf und behauptete wieder, ich wäre die Kurtaxe noch schuldig. Ich ging mit der Dame zur Rezeption, suchte die Mitarbeiterin Frau H., welche der Leiterin bestätigte, daß ich bereits tags zuvor alles bezahlt hatte. Von der verantwortlichen Leiterin kam weder eine Entschuldigung noch sonst was, nur ein verdutzter Blick und: .."schweigen"...
Sie hat mich die ganze Zeit als Lügner und Betrüger hingestellt, was auch mehrere Tagesgäste im Gastraum mitbekamen. Die Verantwortliche Leiterin sagte nur zu mir:" Sie sind doch der Herr Abt von Zimmer-Nr. 207?"Ich erklärte der Dame, daß ich nicht Abt heiße und nicht im Zimmer-Nr. 207 war, sondern meine Zimmer-Nr. war die 209. Die Dame war trotz schwarzer Brille unfähig, die richtige Zimmer-Nr. von den Schlüsseln abzulesen. Kopfschüttelnd und enttäuscht verließ ich den Gastraum. Ein Beschwerdebrief an die Fa.
