Хочу сказать огромное спасибо владельцу и сотрудникам отеля! Благодаря вам отдых стал незабываемым. В номере все чистенько, уютно!) Угощали сладостями, что было очень приятно! Вид наверху просто огонь, с утра попить кофе с таким видом одно удовольствие. Долго думала с выбором отеля и не прогадала, приеду к вам еще !))

Вечером старинный таинственный район Калеичи это сказка наяву
Pros:

Превосходное расположение отеля недалеко от ворот Адриана, на границе старинного района Калеичи, где можно гулять вечерами, слушать живую музыку попивая крафтовое пиво и спустившись к марине прокатиться на кораблике к водопадам.
Гостеприимство хозяин Хасана и его жены и их великолепные сытные завтраки с видом на море и горы. Когда были дожди, Хасан безо всяких просьб с нашей стороны, вручил нам шикарные зонты, которые Ох,как пригодились в пеших прогулках!
В 100 метрах находится офис рент кар, где стоит снять машину на несколько дней, чтоб поколесить по древним руинам греко римской цивилизации

, расположение отеля очень удачное вид с открытого этажа великолепный. Радушный хозяин. Вежливый персонал. Всё в номере чистенько, аккуратно. Немного не хватает уюта. Спасибо Хасану за тёплый приём. Были 2 суток.

Amazing Location. There is very nice roof terrace with beautiful view. Owner Hasan was friendly, kind and helpful. He gave us many useful advises about Antalya. Super delicious breakfast. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend staying here.

Хасан - замечательный хозяин данного отеля. Заранее связались с ним по Ватсапп, у нас был запрос на ранее заселение, который Хасан подтвердил. Очень заботился о нашем удобстве.

Неоспоримые достоинства отеля- это отличное расположение, доброжелательные и заботливые хозяева, прекрасный вид с крыши и цена. В связи с этим мы остались очень довольны

за 20 евро и стаким расположением - это отличный вариант на 1 ночь
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение - 40 минут от аэропорта на трамвае и ты на месте - пешком минут 5-7 от отсановки и легко найти.
Сам район - самый центр историко-культурной жизни Анталии, от порта и парка 5 минут по чужесным старинным красивым улочкам.
Хозяин отеля встретил, проводил, показал шикарный вид с крыши отеля.
Был холодильникю. чайник.
Маленький балкончик с боковым видом на море.
До блидайшего пляжа 10 минут, но в декабре он в 16ч уже закрывается и только в 8 утра открывается.

Cons:

Очень ветхий номер, кондиционер еле дышит, мы так его и не могли включить.
Душевая ( поддон) требует ремонта.
Постельное белье тоже сомнительное, но не ужас-ужас.
Было холодно, из окон дуло.
Надо учитывать, что это оч плотная отельно-ресторанная застройка и до 12 ночи будет музыка.

Прекрасное расположение,адекватная цена,отзывчивый хозяин, вкусный кофе и ужин, шикарные виды с террасы и номеров на 3 этаже. Белье чистое,телевизор и кондиционер работает,горячая вода есть, питьевая вода в номере есть.

Please avoid this hotel! It's rubbish!

I am writing to report a deeply unsatisfactory two-night stay experience that contradicts the 8.4 rating noted on Booking.com. We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the Dental Clinic.
Upon entering the first room on the 3rd floor, we found it shockingly dirty: the carpet had visible mud footprints, the bathroom was unacceptable, the bedsheets appeared unwashed, and there was mould on the walls, dirty curtains, and an unclean kettle.
We asked reception if all rooms were this dirty. We were offered keys to view a second-floor room and then a first-floor room, both of which presented the same pervasive cleanliness issues. Due to the extreme lack of hygiene, we stated we could not stay.
The owner was offended and insisted on retaining 50% of the payment, returning only 1000 Turkish Lira in cash.
In my view, this hotel is unfit for listing due to sanitation issues that pose a health risk.
Please avoid!!!

В центре старого города, всё необходимое в шаговой доступности, 250 метров до остановки трамвая в аэропорт, очень удобно, 40 минут до терминала1. По цене 1$.
Приветлевый хозяин, немного говорит по русски, всегда готов помочь. Комната небольшая, но со своим балкончиком, удобный матрас на кровати.

Cons:

Старый кондиционер, работает по своему усмотрению))), в душе долго ждать горячей воды.
