Absolutely amazing stay, staff were awesome.
Pros:

The staff are exceptionally professional, polite and friendly. Extremely helpful. The location is great, right next to Yaya Centre which has everything you need. The gym is great, larger than most hotel gyms.

Cons:

For me there was nothing to dislike.

Cons:

I didn't appreciate reception staff not checking their records about extended stay and called apartment to ask me to pay for the extended stay when clearly information was on record for payment made. Found it rude.

The unit itself is well-maintained with daily housekeeping and features very comfortable beds—ideal after a long day of meetings or exploring. Being so close to Yaya Centre is a huge plus for accessibility. Everything was functional, clean, and professional."

Connectivity: The WiFi was a bit underwhelming. I’d love to see an upgrade here to match the high standards of the rest of the apartment.

Pros:

The apartment hotel is very modern inside very well furnished the bed more comfortable than home!great facilities very helpful friendly staff, great position security and next to yaya shopping mall , washing machines onsite and in some of the luxury rooms

Cons:

Currently the pool is having an upgrade so is not available i was pre warned prior to completing the booking there are plenty of other options in nearby hotels , the other point here is really the amount of construction in Nairobi and local to Yaya

Location was great! Right behind yaya shopping mall, close to restaurants super ideal especially when you are traveling with kids. Staff was really nice and friendly

Cons:

No washing machine and the pool wasn’t working due to ongoing renovations. Would be great if they disclose this before booking.

Pleasantly surprised!
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by how great our stay was at Yaya Hotel. The apartment itself was superb down to every detail, extremely clean, and comfortable. Comfortable and cosy place
