When I arrived, I informed them I would be arriving at 5:00 AM, and they replied that if possible, they would make the necessary arrangements. When I arrived, the room was available, but unfortunately, they asked me to pay the check-in fee in advance. It was a very small amount, no more than $50, and I had the money. I never expected that a hotel I've been a regular guest with for two years, and where I've spent considerable sums, would treat me this way. That $50 is more important to them than retaining a loyal customer is unacceptable. I will unfortunately not book with them again. Anyone who values ​​money more than their customers is doing a disservice to their business.

Absolutely amazing stay, staff were awesome.
Pros:

The staff are exceptionally professional, polite and friendly. Extremely helpful. The location is great, right next to Yaya Centre which has everything you need. The gym is great, larger than most hotel gyms.

Cons:

For me there was nothing to dislike.
