Esperábamos más de un Sheraton
Pros:

Está al lado de la estación y nos fue cómodo para dejar las maletas.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña. Había que saltar las maletas para poder pasar y la cama era un poco pequeña. Justita para 2 personas.
El desayuno, pésimo. Podías elegir entre varias opciones, en las que solo una llevaba croissants (que además eran industriales, de bolsa) y un bollo con un huevo frito y 2 mini salchichas. No ofrecían leche y el zumo de naranja, de brick, malo.

①新大阪駅に極めて近い
→駅のコインロッカーは慢性的に空きが無いので、チェックイン前・アウト後に荷物をホテルで預かって貰うのに極めて便利
②部屋はシンプルだが機能的（特に水回り）
③スタッフの気持ちの良い対応
④リーズナブルな価格

Cons:

宿泊した部屋は窓が厚手のカーテンで固く密閉されている。
→熱効率は良いが、朝日が入らない。

新大阪の駅から近く翌日の移動が楽にできた

Cons:

領収書を依頼したら利用明細と書いたものが送られてきた。フロントに連絡したら外国人の方で話が全く通じずに困惑。
改めて日本人の方から連絡があり事なきを得たが、人の話を理解できない人をフロントに置かないでほしい
