Pros:

新大阪駅正面口から近く、七番出口からも近くて便利でした。コンビニも駅とホテルを行き来する間にあるし、スタッフさんもみんな感じがよく、総合的に見ても色々快適でよかったです。

Cons:

冷蔵庫がぬるい。アイスが入れられないな〜と思って食べたかったけど我慢しました。それぐらいですね。

The location is very convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from Shin-Osaka Station. However, getting to the hotel requires going up and down several flights of stairs, which could be challenging if you have heavy luggage. The facility itself is clean and relatively new, with all the basic amenities you would need. The hotel staff were generally polite and helpful.

Cons:

What could be improved: The breakfast was fairly simple, with a limited selection. There were some Japanese options, including rice and grilled salmon, as well as fried eggs and croissants.
One interaction between staff members also stood out to me. While I was getting help with the paperwork to ship my suitcases, I observed one staff member respond rather abruptly to a colleague who asked for assistance. She appeared to throw the paperwork toward him. As someone who has experience training new employees, I found the interaction unprofessional and particularly disappointing because it was noticeable to a guest. I hope the hotel emphasizes respectful and supportive communication among staff, especially in front of guests.

お値段以上。
Pros:

スタッフが親切。チェックイン時の説明が過不足なくわかりやすかった。電話の対応も（たぶん電話に出たのは外国籍の方だと思う）素晴らしかった。
新大阪の駅から驚くほど近かった。隣の建物にコンビニがあったのも便利だった。
