Great staff, location and comfort!
Beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was large, bed is comfortable, nice selection of pillows, large balcony. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
The hotel is lovely and very unique. So much nicer than a sterile hotel. I loved the balcony and the rooftop restaurant was great!!!
The hotel needs to have Valet parking!! If you drive your own car, as we did, we were given directions to get to the parking and ended up going in circles to find it. We eventually ended up back at the hotel so the clerk could ride with us to park. Now for the good part! The corner suite is... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My wife and I,loved it!!! The Victorian style design, decore, and details were gorgeous! The front desk servers were amazing as well!

Great spot… The staff could not be more accommodating or more helpful. Very walkable as a multitude of restaurants and stores are all around. On the edge of an area that has not been regentrified yet, but still felt safe at this hotel. The rooftop bar is lovely with a very nice view.
Wonderful location in historic city center - Casco Viejo. Superbly helpful staff - helped me make a few arrangements on short notice (airport transport, city guide, birdwatching guide). I certainly hope to return to Panamá.
Excellent staff! So helpful and friendly. Our room with balcony was beautiful and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Very convenient location to walk around Casco Viejo and Uber rides to surrounding areas were inexpensive. Highly recommend!
The rooms were beautiful
La Concordia was a wonderful place to base our 2-night stay in the Casco Viejo district. Warm and helpful concierge staff and beautifully appointed rooms totally elevated our vacation experience The roof top bar was chic and had the tastiest cocktails and food. We felt 2 days wasn’t enough and wished we had booked at lead one more night. Absolutely loved our stay here!
The best front desk! The staff was very helpful and kind-dealing with all of my requests. The room was so well designed and the bed was very comfortable. Great closet space. L’Occitane beauty products to use. My only issue was the noise at night. They do give you ear plugs as there are clubs in the neighborhood. So, if you are a light sleeper, it may be tough. But otherwise I had a terrific visit.
The hotel is in a good area for walking to local attractions in casco viejo. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and amazing showers. The downside is the club on the roof that can be loud so have earplugs or headphones available
Room was unique, beautiful decor and culturally historic in the middle of the city. I had a little trouble with the elevators but all things amazing.

A great boutique hotel. A very good location allowing you to explore the historic area of Panama City. Excellent comfortable rooms. Friendly approachable staff. Close to restaurants and even a little supermarket where you can buy some groceries if you require. It's important to note that the hotel does not serve breakfast however that is really not an issue as there are so many excellent places nearby within close walking distance where you can go for both breakfast and dinner. That is a restaurant located at the top of the hotel where an excellent dinner can be had. The hotel will provide you with a nice guide to local restaurants they recommend.

Exceptional
We had one night here. The reception service was perfect. The room large, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. A bonus was the rooftop bar & restaurant ‘On the day Joe died’ with great cocktails and sushi. A short walk to the centre of the old town. The hotel recommended a restaurant for dinner - Fondo Lo Que Hay - five minutes away with sensational food and service. An absolute pleasure to have stayed here.
